Honored their 90-day guarantee

I eventually spoke to the owner, Manny, and he asked me to bring in the car. He said: If it is there fault they will handle it and if it is something that wasn`t part of the exhaust muffler repair I would be responsible for it."" This seemed fair and square to me.

I brought it in. They fixed it for the cost of the new parts.

It was a good experience from that point on.

Didn`t honor their 90-day warranty

The mechanic ""fixed"" my exhaust manifold. When I left everything seemed fine. Thirty-six hours later a loud noise happened when I pushed the gas pedal. I had a friend look at the manifold to get me up to snuff about what was happening. We called Manny`s, both of us spoke to the mechanic. The mechanic didn`t say, ""Bring the car in and let me look at it."" He indicated that whatever it was was not covered by t... view morehe warranty. I then went to where I bought the parts. They looked at it and saw that the mechanic didn`t torque the lower three bolts tight enough.

My recommendation. Steer clear of Manny`s.
