I took my vehicle here for some work under the hood and when I received it back it was missing the full sized spare. When I asked the owners about this they said they had not gone into the trunk but the tire had been there when the car was dropped off....the owners refused to ask employees about the missing tire and therefore I don`t recommend this shop.

Overheated Issue Honda Accord 2007

Very bad customer service; No return phone calls after I left messages after messages; The overheated problem did not get fixed properly at the beginning. The car did NOT even get started after I paid for the service and the owner said it`s fixed now and ran good?! What a waste of $270.00 Then It cost me another $700.00 to take my car to a different mechanic in SW to get it fixed for GOOD!
NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Took my Malibu in today. Great company. Quoted a good price and time and charged me a good price and finished when they said they would. ALSO got 5% off for cash payment. Will be using them for all of my service. Carol and Roger

great place. very friendly place with wonderful service. Tom`s auto repair tried to work around my schedule. the service was great and my car is in perfect condition. this is a place i will be returning to.

BEST SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!!!=D

This place has very GOOD service!!!!!! They fixed my car in about a week and it was like a brand new 2008 vehicle.what i also liked about this place, was that they explained (in a way i could understand)why my car was all jacked up.
I highly recommend this place.The price for things to be fixed were a bit high but nothing is too goood than to have a fixed car, right???I can alwayz count on good o`l tom to fix my ... view morecars any day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
