hi tech auto collision center is an awesome place to get your car repaired... I`ve been using this place for the last three years and have had them do work on all my vehicles. I was pleased with repairs performed everytime I`ve picked my vehicle up!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the body work done @ Hi Tech Collision. Johnny and Michael were both always a pleasure to work with. They got me into my rental and was on my way. I took in my vehicle in during the holidays and got it back sooner than expected. No delay at all considering it was a super busy time for them. I was very fortunate to find Hi Tech Collision to work on my car! I have a 2007 Infinity, and I was in a bad accident that resulted in my passenger side door being crushed in. I was impressed with the level of service, customer attention, and quality of work Hi Tech Collision provided. I would definetely recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done on their car.

WORST BODY SHOP IN HOUSTON...STAY CLEAR

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I did not have any work done here. We simply could not get past their business practices which are among the slimiest in the business. This shop openfly commits Fraud. They will offer to pay you cash back. They may openly lie to your insurance company. There are multiple complaints against this company logged by customers at HPD (Houston Police Department). HPD has them under investi... view moregation. I cannot stress enough...stay clear of this business. Do not allow the tow truck driver to have your car towed to this location. Have him take it to another reputable place or ask him to drop it right there. Call for another tow via your insurance company even if they will charge you...it will save you money in the long run. Do not sign any paperwork for power of attorney or for a release of your vehicle. Such documents are not necessary in the state of Texas. They will tell you that they have to have it...a reputable towing company and body shop will not require such documents.

Great job on my Mustang

These guys were fast and friendly. We needed a new driver side rearview window after we hit our fence and tore the one on our Mustang GT off. Once the part came in they had it done in under an hour and you couldn`t even tell that anything had happened to it. Good job y`all. We will definitely be bringing anything else we have back there.

Very Pleased with all service.

Wife was rear ended on our Toyota 4 Runner, Hi Tech put back together very fast, you`d never know anything happened. Mike and David were fast to assist with rental which was done onsite. Would highly recommend using Hi Tech.

Don`t Bother with Hi-Tech Collision

I have no idea how good their work is because I would not let them do anything after talking with them. All I got was a run around and people that would not return calls. When I went to their shop, the person that was ""supposedly"" handling my vehicle was terribly rude and absolutely offensive. I immediately told them that I would not be using them to repair my vehicle. There are many great repair shops and no o... view morene should be treated rudely in order to spend their money at their place of business. I truly don`t recommend even calling them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.THIS PLACE DOES VERY SLOPPY REPAIR WORK.IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPLETED REPAIR WORK ,THE MANAGEMENT WILL GET VERY NASTY WITH YOU.IF THEY SCRATCH OR DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE WHILE ITS IN THEIR SHOP,THEY WILL SAY YOU DID IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN .YOU WILL BE SORRY FOR TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!
