We recently purchased a Chrysler 300C for my wife. We utilized Mickey in the Internet department to gather our information and set our appointment. Mickey was very informative and made us feel at ease. When we came in to test drive the vehicle we were greated by Dean who was also very helpful and accomodating. I have to say, they were very fair with our trade in value but better yet, Brandon was able to get us a better loan rate then we had imagined. I have to say that we left there more than satisfied and I would highly recomend anyone visiting this dealership for your next car or truck purchase. I quit doing business because of deceptive practices from the service department on my 2002 Jeep. I tried them again today, but nothing has changed. They overcharged me for an agreed price to check out the cooling system and charged an extra $13.60 for hazard fee when all they did was diagnostics on the cooling system. No parts, no labor, poor service and a 30% higher quote for repairs than a close competitor...

Leroy did a great job helping me purchase my new car. I went in knowing what I wanted and with limited time to get everything done. He was able to get me a test drive, crunch the numbers to meet my budget, get me through the finance department, and on my way back to work within a couple of hours. Stay away from this Dealersh...
Stay away from this Dealership they use classic old school car salesman techniques that gave the industry a bad name years ago. I spoke with the Sales manager Brandon and we negotiated a fair price on a end of the ear model truck over the phone. The next day I spent 6 hours in negotiation with the sales guy Jeremy who was nice but low-balled my trade in by 7 thousand dollars from NADA Clean Trade in Value. I was to... view moreld they were using auction prices to calculate the value of my truck not the industry standard such as NADA, KBB, Edmonds and Black Book. The funny thing is the guys in the back were looking in the NADA book all day when pricing other vehicles out. We were unable to reach a deal by thousand dollars and were forced to walk away from the dealer about 5 min later by phone blew up with sales guy telling me the come back that the manager would meet me half way.
When I arrived I asked to speak to the sales manager (Brandon) and he kept up waiting 20 min and apparently wasn?ˆ™t serious about closing the deal, then he said had another buyer coming to buy the vehicle and since I left the dealer ship he was going to sell the car to the other guy. Funny the 2011 truck was sitting on the lot 9 months and unable to sell the car but today has a buyer coming in to sweep the deal from out under me.
Even better he was firm with the same numbers and refused to meet me half way by 500$.
Run, Run, Run, and Stay away from this dealership and their backwoods unethical business practices.

Great Trucks! I Love Mine!
We bought a brand new Ram, and I have to tell you we love it! My wife and I think its the best truck we`ve ever owned. Our salesman Michael is a great guy, he does a good job and is so nice.

I have bought 4 vehicals from boerne Dodge an 01 mercedes, 03 audi, and 2007 toyata solara and a 2006 2500 ram diesel. I bought all the vehicals from the same sales person his name is Paul Caciola. The only plus chrysler has is Paul Caciola.. ... view more Thank You PS. the rear red tallight lenses on my 2006 dodge truck are melted amd warped and in order change my backup light I have to fork out 90 bucks for a defect in the design of the lense. The rocket scientists at chrysler put the lense to close to the bulbs. I guess thats why the design change in 07. Too bad you guys cant stick behind your product. I have gone to purchase a vehicle there their salesman just want to pawn a used car on you. They dont treat you with respect. Mr. Mathew Moreno was our salesdealer wanted to get your figures of what you made if you were a loyal customer. I understand that they work off of commission but they dont have to make you feel like you are worthless as this person did to us. I had my father go inthere to help me with his cred... view moreit which is is all about paying cash and has outstanding credit and even he felt like they didnt want your busisness lied said he would do things and then said his manager was not letting him. Then when we talked to the manager he knew nothing about it and then we like this one vehicle purchased it and then we asked for a carfax and never presented one. We bought one because we thought it was a good deal then found out the vehicle had been in there for the prior reasons and then Mr. Moreno said that we would have to take a loss but we will set you in another vehicle still having to pay for the priour one that he sold us.
