Be careful if you use them!

I was referred there by the insurance company. It was estimated to take 2 days for minor repairs with a cost of 1200.00, well, it`s well over a month, just got the car back yesterday. The bill is over 3000.00, they replaced my good windshield wipers with cheap ones, they did reimburse me for this... had blackout tail lights, now only one is, my floor mats are gone, the owner said my car didn`t come in with them, hm? ... view moreThe parcel shelf in the trunk is now broken, they had no reason to work anywhere near the rear of my vehicle. When they say take everything out of your car before leaving it, do it! Wipers, seats, floor mats, whatever you an grab...They sounded like good people, at first. Then the ""lady"" said she was going to argue with me, I think not. That`s when the owner helped me. As much as he could anyway. Wish there was half a star and not a whole one...

I didn`t want to rate this pla...

I didn`t want to rate this place with a star, but i have to. If i had the choice i would give it no stars!! Wades has had my car for over a month. After i wrecked it i heard they were a great place to go so i gave them my car...thinking they were a competent repair shop. I WAS WRONG!!! Instead of completely checking the car over before ordering all the parts at once, they ordered basically one part a week, that w... view moreay they only worked on it one day a week and let my car sit there for 7 days while they waited for the part to ship... Then my insurance quit paying for my rental after paying for it 30 days and Wade`s wouldn`t get me a vehicle or car less that they had my car over a month and i had no way to get to work and have to borrow other peoples cars. They told me every week i "should have it by friday" then they would call and say they found something else broken and had to order a replacement!! really???!!!! anyway...don`t take your car here unless you would like to be without it for over a month!!!
