I took my car in for state inspection and they were great. gave me an estimated time and when the third customer came in for inspection and tune up, Greg told him upfront that there might not be time. but he told him about another place that was close. he even called the place and asked if they can fit in a tune up and inspection. they said yes and sent him right over. what great customer service.

Stay away the most disthonest shop in town

I did an inspection today and they told me to change the parking brake and the gas cap which would cost me $300+, otherwise they will fail my test. Then I went to another shop and want them to take a look at my parking brake. After several tests, they told me the brake is in very good condition and does not need to be changed at all. In conclusion, never go to precision tune in Austin, since it may charge you all kin... view moreds of fees for no true reasons. Stay Away!

Not recommended

My car had engine check light on, took it in. Over charging for parts, $30 per spark plug. Then after paying $400+, they left one of the air intake tubes un-plugged. Which resulted in bunch more engine codes show up.
