They worked with my insurance company they fixed the transmission correctly very polite and informative the only fall back is the length that it was there I would recommend to anyone great job :)

I would not recommend Zarbocks...

I would not recommend Zarbocks to anyone. I took my car in for a transmission rebuild, and it sat for 3 months. Once I finally got it back, I put 7,000 miles on it and it went out again. I took the car back to Zarbocks for warranty repair and it sat another 4 months before they attempted repair, then charged me another $500 on top of the previous $2,200 with the claim it failed for another reason than the original fa... view moreilure. Once I finally got the car back, it would not downshift. I took it back, and the car sat for another two months. The owner, was not cooperative in delivering the keys as I made multiple attempts to pick the car up. Once I got my keys, the problem was unchanged. After Zarbock attempted multiple repairs, the transmission was so messed up, I had to buy a replacement from a wrecking yard to get my car back on the road.
