Very impressive service! I admit that I was one of those annoying customers who called probably way too often to check on the progress of my car, but they were very kind and never acted like I was bothering them. They were always very truthful with the timeline, and never exaggerated just to get me off the phone. This is how every business should be!

I had a small crash that left my front end pushed into the tire and un-drivable. Once the tow tuck dropped off the car they went to work. I had it back in a week or so good as new.

I had a fender bender and decided to fix more than just the bumper. They fixed some other dents around the car and resprayed it the original color. I think it looks really good and would probably sell for a lot more now...hmm.. good job guys!

I got in an accident and could not wait to get my car back and ditch this crumby rental car I had. Anyhow, I called Barrett a few weeks before my car was supposed to be done and they said things were going great and it should be done ontime. when the day came, it looked great and was freshly washed as well. What accident? I am happy with the outcome!
