Horrible service dept; Not a luxury car dealership
Purchased a range rover here; When purchasing service ok; nothing too great. However when dealing with the service department the customer service level is 0. I have always made appts for my car to get its oil change. Still with an appt it typically will take 2 hrs for an oil change.. An oil change should take 30 min to an hour max especially with an appt. When you arrive to the service department no one is outside t... view moreo greet you at your car to take your information and do a car inspection with you. You have to park and get out. When you walk when no one greets you. You typically have to find a guy sitting at his desk and let them know your name and that you have an appt. When you call to make an appt to have your car serviced or looked at not one person has asked if I need use of a shuttle or need to get a loaner car. I also have a Mercedes and frequent the service dept at the dealership across the way. The level of customer service is night and day. Anything that Landrover does not do that I mentioned above Mercedes dealership definitely does do. When I spend this much money on a car simple things such as greeting me at my car and asking if I need a shuttle should be a given.
And to make matters worse I recently had to Range in there to be looked at for a ""suspension fault"" message. After running the diagnostics the code apparently said it was the suspension compressor. Of course this part was not covered under my extended warranty I had purchased with them. But they could fix it for close to $1,200. I said no thanks and made my way over to Landrovers Unlimited in the Woodlands. There they actually spent a little more time looking at it and learned it was an exhaust valve within the compressor. They could replace the exhaust valve instead of the actual compressor. The part would only be $30 plus labor. So instead of $1,200 it costs me $120 to fix my car.
Needless to say you won`t be seeing me at this service department again.

I went to this location just for a diagnostic and to have cam sensor installed. They were informed prior to servicing my car, that I needed this sensor. They keep my car for about four days, misdiagnosed my car, have to leave it for another day, while in the process, they were really rude,decieving,condisending and very unprofessional. When I went to pick up my car, I didn`t even make it off the lot before I began to... view more see thick, white smoke coming from my tail pipe(something I had never seen before, My car ran GREAT prior to them servicing it!) Now my car runs really BAD and no one at the dealership will talk to me about, won`t return my calls and the corp. office won`t even address the issue. ALL of the Jaguar Dealerships are owned by the same corperation, so I said to you" BEWARE OF ANY JAGUAR DEALERSHIP here in Houston,Texas! I am looking at possibily thousands of dollars to undue the damage that they have done. By the way, I was told by the general Manager, that they DO NOT CHECK your fliuds BEFORE test driving your car when doing a diagnostic and even if they do check your fluilds, they WILL DRIVE your car when the fluids LOW, (which lead to ENGINE and/or TRANSMISSION problems) there is an extra charge for this and you MUST REQUEST IT PRIOR to you leaving your car there for a diagnostic. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE CAR SERVICE THIS BAD BEFORE IN MY LIFE!

Horrible Service Department
I purchased a Range Rover from this dealer and brought it there for service when my truck began to overheat. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told that they would look at it and get back to me by Thursday. I was in the process of moving, so I stressed the need to get it fixed quickly. I called Thursday morning and was told that the vehicle would be looked at that day and they would get back to me. Thursday came a... view morend went, as did Friday.

I called again on the morning of the NEXT TUESDAY and was told that there were numerous things that needed to be fixed, and my `service representative` wanted to get more detail from the technician and would get back to me shortly. I wrongly assumed that `shortly` would be the same day. I called again late Tuesday and went to voicemail. I left a message and called back to try and get someone else to help me. After a very long hold, I was told that I had to wait to hear back from the representative assigned to me. I called again on Wednesday and repeated the routine. On Thursday, I had still not heard back anything, so it has now been 9 days and I don`t have a diagnosis. I called numerous times on Thursday with no response. Finally, I called the head of the servicing department, who was apologetic but again told me I had to wait for my assigned representative. My representative called back a couple of hours later and explained that he still needed to get with the technician and SHOULD be able to look at it Friday, DAY 10. However, he could not even assure me that he would be able to look at it on Friday, nor could he assure me that the repairs could be done in any specific time period. Because I was moving, I had to call a tow company and take the truck to another repair center. Easily the worst service I have ever received.
