Awesome job. Great service.

The workers here are awesome and so is the quality of their work. They did work on 2 of the cars in our family, and the paint/bodywork was done so well that you cannot tell where the previous scratches and dents (blast you stupid hit and run people!) were. The customer service is excellent, and we were always kept up to date on the status of the cars. They will re-do anything if it`s not up to par, but I doubt you... view more`ll find any flaws in their handy work. Definitely recommend going here to have your paint and bodywork needs addressed! No other shop has come close to the service the staff here provides.

worst place ever

Brought my camaro there to get cats put on and new 02 sensors quoted me for 750. Come to find out they drove my car to another shop put the cats one on the worst spot ever it drags! Put a huge dent in my rocker panel blamed it on me! And tried to charge me 957! Hope this place goes out of business

Broke my Headrest and did nothing about it

I brought my Trans Am in to have the seat bolster fixed, which was done. When I brought my car home, I found that my headrest now could slide completely out of the seat. I looked at the headrest guides at the top of the seat, and found that someone had glued them in place on my upholstery. I pulled them off, and found that the headrest guides were broken! The headrest needs to be removed to re-upholster the top o... view moref the seat. Someone had ham-fistedly torn out my headrest instead of taking apart the seat, and releasing it like a normal person would. At first, I thought everything would be fine as the shop said they would obtain the broken parts and replace them. I approached All American Customs several times over the last month and a half, and they always said they were working on finding the replacement part. Basically, they can`t get anywhere with finding the part to replace it, and will not offer anything in return for having broken my seat. Basically, All American Customs does not have the follow through to fix their mistakes. Don`t bother ever using them. Mistakes do happen, and if they do, they need to be fixed. All American Customs does not fix their mistakes.

Save your time and money

I took my new car to this place to have a simple window tint done. I waited 4 hours for the work to be completed and by then it was nightime and dark outside. The next day when I was able to see the tint, it was so messed up with wrinkles, bubbles, cuts in the tint and was the worse job I have ever seen. I kept calling them and telling them and they told me to wait all of it would straighten out when the tint drie... view mored. I waited 3 wks. & took it back to them to fix the tint. They said they would take the old tint off and replace it under their warranty. They had my car all day and called me late in the afternoon and told me they had the old tint off and they weren`t going to do the new tint to come get my car. What a hokey bunch of people. The work and their work ethics are horrible. Do not take your car here.
