HUGE RIP-OFF!!!!

Don`t even think about going here, or probably any Jiffy Lube if they all do business this way. My wife stops in for an oil change, and they convince her to do all sorts of unnecessary work to her 1 year old car. They got her for $141.40, and they really got me really mad. I know what I`m doing with cars, and we had just changed some of the filters they sold her only 4,000 miles before. I`ve never been furious at... view more a business before this. Poor Service

As a Austin fire fighter you get use to a certain level of respect when your out in the public. This Jiffy Lube from its manager on down should all be fired and never allowed to work in any job field that requires them to deal with customers. Recently I brought my vehicle in for routine inspection and was really treated like I was bothering the employees, most notably the manager. They all sat around talking about ho... view morew they didn`t feel like inspecting my truck, the manager was the main culprit and is lucky I was too upset to get his information. If you need to have any type of work done on your vehicle please bypass this Jiffy Lube and go some where they treat you like a person and not like your preventing them from doing some more constructive with thier lives.
