My mom and I purchased cars from Emerge Auto Group and both of our cars warning lights went on just a week after we bought them. The owner Wayne Rieder told us that it takes driving our cars a few hundred miles for it adjust, but the lights never went out. I got my License plates but the Inspection Sticker was not with it. I called to ask for the Inspection Sticker and he asked me if it was in my contract. It`s a... view more state law that when a dealer sells a car, they are responsible for having the car`s state inspection done. So when I took my car to the for the Inspection Sticker, Wayne told me that I will have to have the warning lights fixed before they could get my car inspected. Now I don`t have an State Inspection Sticker, which they are legally obligated to provide when selling the car, and I don`t have the money to fix all of the warning lights on my car to get the State Inspection Sticker. It is their obligation to provide me with a State Inspection Sticker because that is what I paid for, it is the law and it is in my contract. I told them of the warning lights and brought my car in for them to repaid, which they failed to do. Now they are trying to pawn off the repairs on me, in order to get a State Inspection Sticker, which was their legal obligation. I`m 19 and going to college, I cannot afford to have this car repaired in order to get a State inspection sticker, for which Emerge Auto was supposed to have done when I bought the car. Emerge Auto is a RIP OFF artist, DO NOT BUY from this auto dealer, their crooks!!!!!!
