I was looking up the number to...
Is awful. Broke door handle off...admitted it at first...tells BBB it was already broken off. Did 100 K service....replaced belt. 6 months later belt breaks. Call him and first thing out of his mouth...well we didn`t replace the water pump....not a good sign. Now he tells me only way to know if I have engine damage is $1200 in repairs. Mitsubishi I found out later says to do a compression test.....ummmm...thanks Bob.... view more Now I am replacing the motor because after $1200 in so called repairs it didn`t start. Every mechanic I have spoken to said he knew it wouldn`t and should have never done $1200 in useless repairs. Here is the kicker. I am replacing my supposedly new water pump because it is leaking and glued together with sealant. See my full review on other sites. This is only touching the surface of my $3200 nightmare cause by this man.

This is a rebuttal to the many blogs and attempts by this man to hurt a good, honest family owned and operated business. This man was advised against replacing the part he thought was bad. Upon a test drive the technician could not find any noise related to the wheel bearing he wanted replacing. The tech. said he would be more worried about the looseness in the steering wheel than anything else and showed me, Bob how... view more it was unstable. We advised this fella against the wheel bearing, but oddly enough he wanted to get it changed anyway. We did and I advised him of the steering wheel being loose, even walked him out to his vehicle and showed him! That`s when he turned on us as if we had broken as he says "something" in his vehicle......next started all this slander and attempts to discredit our reputation. Here we advise against spending the money on a repair not needed and he bites the hands trying to HELP him. Not once but on several sites such as allenonline.com, ripoff.com, pissedoffcustomer.net, here and many others. As you can see by visiting these other sites he has a drive to hurt, we pray his heart will soften and reality will become his understanding.

Back in Feb, 2011, I took my 2007 Ford Sport Trac to them to have a wheel bearing replaced. I left it with them since Bob the owner had to order the wheel bearing. I got a call a few hours later and he told me that he and one of his techs test drove the truck and didn`t hear any issues with the bearing. I told him to go ahead and replace it.
Around closing time he called me again to tell me the truck was ready an... view mored that my steering wheel was really loose. There was no mention of it when he test drove it prior to the repair to my bearing. During the repair, they did something to damage the steering wheel and are trying to cover it up by saying it was that way when I took it in.
The following morning I had to drive the truck with a loose steering wheel to the Ford dealership to have it repaired at a cost of over $100.00.
If you decide to do business with this guy, I`d suggest you stay with your car/truck and watch everything they do to it. I will no longer do any business with this company again.
