I have never been to a facility that has treated an employee with such disrespect. I would never bring anything to this shop to get repaired when the boss/owner treats his employees likes dogs and makes fun of them infront of his friendss. I ask you one question would you take your car to someone who doesnt care about you as long as he makes money?

Thomas Reid is a competitor and uses low life tactics to write bad reviews to try to gain business. CenTex is the number one road service in the killeen area.
