AWESOME JOB!!! 10/2007-01/2011
Ive been reading these ridiculous reviews and I must say, people its not Protech that has fault in the waiting time. ITS YOUR CRAPPY INSURANCE, who gives them a long wait on the claims, etc. etc. Protech Collision has great service, My whole family, and friends have always gone there, and the paint & repair jobs are always Beyond my expectations. They do an awesome job. I love the after paint part, when they buff... view more my cars. It adds the cherry on top to the job. I must say those guys do a very awesome job. I will ALWAYS recommend this place to all my friends and family. AND NEXT TIME YOU THINK ITS THE COMPANY MAKING YOU WAIT, UPGRADE INSURANCE AND BLAME THEM!!!!

several years ago.. Dissapointed
I had my car in for a small front end collision that wasn`t my fault. I was told it wouldn`t take long to fix. Week after week they claimed to be waiting on parts. I was in high school back then, and that was my only form of transportation because rental places don`t rent to ppl under the age of 25. They kept my car for over 2 months!!! That was the whole summer. When I got it back I was soo thrilled I hadn`t noticed... view more they didn`t replace the inner wheel well covers or the splash guard under the front bumper. When I told them it should have been covered in my repair. They made me pay out of pocket for it when it should have been on the original claim to the insurance.

Worst repair shop in Houston
I`m very disappoint with the services from this local repair shop from webster, i have a very minor scratch on the quater panel of the SUV it took the shop 1 week to repair, but the repair didn`t completed the shop blaming on the part order didn`t arrive on time. the shop forman couldn`t tracking the delivery date due to no UPS tracking number and no live customer service. After multiple call to asked for status of t... view morehe repair, i calls the local dealer ""Star Toyota"" and they have the part on stock for immediate sale? So what are Protech do all this time? They knew that they will have to be replaced and no one bother to order part during the repair instead of using the blaming game. AS far as i`m concerned i will NOT recommend to anyone for such a poor job, on top of it the care of the vehicle is a such a dirty when we get it back. Bob Jordan need to close his bussiness for poor services, they don`t really care about customer satisfactory just on how much profit they can make. Let don`t make the same costly mistake like i did just because you want to promote the small business.

unsatisfied customer
I was recently in a wreck and my insurance told me to take it there. I didnt receive my car untill two months later. The manager kept on giving me the run around and kept telling me he ordered the wrong parts. I finally got my car back and wasnt very happy with the results. I later found out that a relative took it to them also and had the same problem with them. They didn`t fix her car correctly either. So i s... view moreeriously wouldn`t recommend them to anyone.

Big Disappointment
I was referred to this business by a co-worker for my 1994 Honda Accord which the front in was backed into. Damage included hood, grille, headlight and side-marker assemblies and of course the bumper was in question. They were all very nice and had a clean looking business so I had absolute trust in them. The only thing that sent up a red flag was the fact that the associate looked surprised when I asked him if h... view moree checked for freon leaks, which would seem like a feasible precaution with front end damage. After all, they DID feel it necessary to check for a leaking radiator. After many delays (approx. 2 weeks), I received my car back with a replaced hood, partially repainted side fender, a new grille and one new headlight. The bra I originally had which got torn up in the collision was placed back on my vehicle, covering up the untouched bumper. The icing on the cake was the poorly painted windshield washer nozzles which were stuck in without the rubber grommet that seals it against the hood. I noticed them because they were just sitting cock-eyed in the hood with about a half a centimeter gap underneath one side. I went back inside and made them order the grommet piece, which they did without argument. I obviously wasn`t ecstatic about the job done but knowing that the car is already 14 years old I didn`t feel like pressing the issue. The only problem now is that within a few months after the paint job, small dots of rust are now showing through the hood with spider cracks forming off of them. I took very good care of my car and now have a brand new hood which is the worst aspect of my vehicle. For the $2800 that was spent on this vehicle by the insurance compnanies, I would think I could have expected better. If you have the option, go somewhere else.

Fabulous Service, Excellent Results
These guys fixed our car after I backed into a dumpster at church. They gave me an estimate, but took the time to put the car on a lift and truly explain the damages. They told me their process which included feathering the paint across the adjacent areas to help hide any tell-tale signs of repair. They told me where hidden damage might be found in the process and explained what I would be facing if they did find ... view moreany. I paid them my deductible, and proceeded out of town (we already had a vacation planned in a rental car, so it was the perfect time to get our car fixed). While I was out of state, I could log on to their website and check the status of my repair at any time. The staff was beyond courteous and professional--they were thorough and informative. My car looks brand new now, and when I`ve told people about the incident or showed them the ""before"" picture, no one believes it`s the same car! The workmanship is tremendous, and the car looks brand new.
