BAD....HORRIBLE Experience
I bought my CRV there a year ago and it was the worst experience ever I had to argue with the sales guy until 2 in the morning because he lied to me, and after waiting for hours they to go into finance they told me 5 minutes before I went in that I had to pay an extra $2,000. They also lied about a service they told me was going to be included, I went there this week and told me it was not in my contract. The custo... view moremer service was BAD. I spoke with the sales manager...
I spoke with the sales manager that told me anything the sales person tells you means nothing. I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima se that after having it checked it had the springs cut so the car would ride lower. I was told by the sales person that this was an SE model and they came that way. A mechanic later told me the springs had been cut. I told this to the sales manager and he explained that I signed an as is agreem... view moreent (sounded like a canned response) and whatever the sales person told me meant nothing and they would not stand behind their sales staff for any reason. Be very careful of this place it (in my opinion) is not a normal Nissan deanship where they check the cars over to make sure it?ˆ™s not been modified and you get a good product. They seem to not care about what the sales team is telling the customer. If I am not mistaken they do have some responsibility for what a representative of their company tells potential customers even if they scam you into signing an agreement that basically is very one sided. A contract cannot be too one sided or it?ˆ™s meaningless to the law. I will be reporting them to lemon laws where it applies.

I recieved excellent service at McDavid Nissan. That is very important to me that they deal straight up with their customers. No back and forth and hassles. I got everything I wanted at an even LOWER price than I thought it was going to be because they gave me extra discounts for the 4th of july sale. Worst experience ever!
Dealing with sales guy he says all is ok with numbers etc.. Then GM comes out and tells me not the case his name was Ric Moreno he could have been the slimmest of car people he treated me like I was a in subordinate and much more. I will never do business here or ever recommend.

Rude manager
We were looking for a new van. I had a quote from another dealer and McDavid implied that they could work around a much lower price than that. But when my wife and I went there for a serious purchase, the number went up for $1000, and it turned out that they were unable to beat the other quote which also includes a $339 pro package. Then comes the manager who appears to be very emotional, he raised the price for anot... view moreher $500 for the tint and epp. When we decided to leave, the store owner finally offered a comparable price and said we can come back. As I`m already in the parking lot ready to leave, my wife changed mind and decided to take it. Then the manager said he doesn`t want to honor the offer. I didn`t want to talk with them any more and went straight to the other dealer and bought the van there. They did a good job in making me upset. As a result they spent 3 times the effort than rival and got nothing. The people in McDavid doesn`t seem to have a clear idea of at what price they can do the business, and I`ve never seen such a rude and unprofessional manager. So don`t be fooled by their emails and advertisements
