If i could give them less than one star i would... Never been so disappointed in a business. The owner was incredibly disrespectful the entire time, and not just with me but with another customer that i saw in the store. Will never go to this place again

The product is great. The prices start out great. The owner Samir (Sam) is a liar and a cheat. He advertises on Craigslist and almost never has the items in stock but he does have the upgraded one which will only cost $100 more. I believe it`s called bait and switch Sam the owner will say don`t worry about the 30 exchange policy if it takes u 6-8 weeks to get the additional funds to upgrade. OHHH and my biggest issue is he speaks to his assistant in another language while he is trying to sell something like he is adjusting the price to his assistant in a different language. I will NEVER refer any one to this place nor will I ever set foot in the store again.

bad bad bad deal.

Told it would be 40$ for install. Nope wopping 100$ somehow on a coupe. Just to hook up my one speaker and amp. They used electrical tape. Came back the next day bc my boom wasnt working. They gave me cheap electrical connectors and told me it wouldnt be a easy fix. Like telling me I had to fix it. I wanted to throw the cheap wires back at them. Horrible. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there for system install.

excellent place to go

i traveled all the way from arlington delt with new image auto sports before and i walked in told the guy what i wanted and how much i had to spend and he helped me out alot got exactly what i wanted no hassels or anything. and they will have me as a customer for as long as i love car audio. they dont look down on you if you dont have alot of money to spend they actually help you get close to what you want i would hi... view moreghly recommend them to family and friends

Good place, GREAT prices.

I`ve taken all of my vehicles to New Image,...no one has been able to beat their prices. Their staff is professional and I always leave with a smile. One time they even stayed late to install my system in my camaro. I recommend this place to anyone that likes to save money and get great products.

Poor installation

Stay far away from here! I have used these guys a few times in hopes that things would be better than the last... they never where. I took my 2006 F-250 Lariat here to get some subs, my amp and a DVD touch screen remounted. Where they put the subs leaks in to the cab where the piece they took out of the truck was at, the touch screen flew out at me after hitting a bump and scratched the screen, and my amp constan... view moretly cuts on and off due to them crossing the positive and negative wires on it. For the price and time that I have spent with New Image, I would expect better. If you have a chance to go somewhere else and get your work done on your car/truck, I`d advise you do. There is absolutely nothing good about this place, Period!

Highly recommend these guys!

Had these guys install high end Alpine INA-W900BT, navigation, dvd, with backup camera, and bluetooth system. They also replaced factory speakers in 2005 King Ranch with Alpine speakers. They connected the steering wheel controls to the unit so it operates like it did with the factory cd/radio. The install team took their time and hit a home run with the install! I found the sales staff to be courteous and knowledgible about what was needed to do a quality install. The installer gave me a quick run through of how everything worked after the install and I was on my way. I felt I got a quality install at a great price! I am 55 years old and know a thing or two about getting my moneys worth. If you want to save yourself some time and $$$, I would visit New Image Auto Sports Garland. They have a great selection of instock merchandise and are ready to get started when you are. It takes time to do a quality job so don`t be in a hurry and let these guys do what they do best!

Amazing, only real place.

Got my undergoow installed for only 100$ flat, screw car toys wanting to charge 400-500$. The wiring was clean and work was perfect. i dunno why people are hatin on this place. your all are retarded.

Doesn`t appreciate your business!

Great products at great prices. That is all. Forget installation. The owner is too laid back and doesn`t appreciate your business. I had a navigation unit and 13 inch flip down monitor put in. The owner told me a couple of hours on both installs but of course it took longer. He acted like he didn`t want me to wait on my vehicle. The flip had issues with some of the features working with the navigation but I di... view moredn`t find that out until they pulled my car out and gave me the keys. The price kept on changing on the install also. In the end I over payed by 5 bucks because he didn`t have change. I called today and asked if there were any deals on alarm systems and the owner simply said ""No."" Keep in mind that this is a project car that would bring more business to this company. He didn`t know who I was so this is how he deals with all customers. I refuse to spend my hard earned cash where it`s not appreciated. I know he has an alarm system with installation starting at $100 so to just say ""no"" shows he doesn`t care about his customers. He also walks around with a big gun hanging out of his pants. There`s another car audio place close by on Northwest and I-30. I`ll go give them a try today. Service can`t be any worse there.

Bad service and installation

my son spend $700 buck here bad work sold him the wrong box for the truck amp was under seat stuck out so the wires would break off in it took the kids money and shoved him out the door bad service when you go in a d buy speakrs boxes amp then chahr $200 buck to but it in dont think so
