NEVER GO HERE!
Cad-L also does state inspections under the name of Firestone. As a nearby resident, I thought I would stop by for a quick inspection on Saturday. No wonder this place didn`t have a wait. To put it plainly, they suck. Customer service is non existent and the owner/manager clearly has comprehension problems. The state inspector barely spoke English and yelled at my husband and I stating that he didn`t care what we we... view morere saying. Next time drive a few extra miles an go somewhere else. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and eating other consumers when ever I can. Don`t give this business your money. Ever!!! BEWARE.

Horrible Service - WARNING
I am going to keep this very brief. I took my car there because I was told they do a great paint job. While that is only moderately true - they destroyed the hood of my car. I had the hood of my car repainted and not only did they mess of the hydraulics of the hood but also broke the latch. I also have very clear and apparent window damage (which has NOTHING to do with the repair of my car). There are two cracks in t... view morewo of my windows. Also, mark my leather seat with a green marker. I mean - the list goes on. I would absolutely NOT take my car there and plan to leave a review everywhere possible.

Extremely disappointed
When we found out Robert, of Robert`s Exxon/Mobil purchased Cad-L we thought the service would be top rate. However, we took the car in and they were 2 days late finishing the work from what they originally told us. Also, when we went to pick the car up they had not repaired some damage that we specifically pointed out needed to be fixed so we had to bring the car back. They told us the additional repair could be ... view morecompleted in a day if we brought the car in right when they opened, which we did. Guess what, they didn`t have the car ready and we`ve had to wait another day.
One of the gentlemen (questionable) I spoke to was very rude and talked over what I was trying to say to him. He definitely should not deal with the public. He was so busy trying to tell me how great they treated their customers that he couldn`t listen to what I was trying to tell him. I finally had to leave because he just would not "shut up"!!!
I had recommended this place to my son (it was my son`s car that was being repaired), and frankly I am very disappointed with them and would NOT recommend them to anyone EVER!! We had to arrange rental cars twice because of their inadequacy, not to mention that my son had to go back to the insurance company TWICE to get checks to cover a rental car. Since the accident was not his fault, he was dealing with someone else`s insurance company.
Robert runs a first rate gas station, but he has a ways to go with his repair shop. I really expected better of a facility owned by Robert.
