Fabulous Experience

I just had to write a review after my experience with Helfman Dodge! I was in a hit and run accident, and took my car (Toyota Solara Convertible) to their body shop. I had heard they did a great job from other friends, and my car looked brand new when they were finished. They were very friendly and helpful and I was thrilled with the service. Four months later, I decided to trade in my car because my warranty was up.... view more I decided to check out their used car lot and found a great vehicle (Volkswagan Jetta). Jason Feldman was writing up the contract and asked me if I had filed a Diminished Value Claim with my insurance company since my car was worth less after the accident. I hadn`t even heard of that kind of claim. I called my agent and sure enough, 48 hours later they mailed me a check for $2,000...the differnce in my trade in. They have my business for life! I also bought their extended 4 year Chrysler warranty and will use them for any services that I need. What a great company!

Do NOT buy a jeep here!!!!!!!

I bought a new dual top jeep wrangler here in May 2010. Jorge Acosta constantly texted me until I bought the jeep, 10 minutes after I got home with it, I had a question about how to take the hard top off and Jorge wanted nothing to do with me and acted as he had no idea who I was. When I went to put the soft top on, I realized that they had not given me the windows!! 4 weeks later, I received my windows but was still... view more getting an inch of rain in my new car. I researched it and found out that I have not recieved several other vital parts of my car. Keith ahrons gave me several empty promises to get me the parts, but a YEAR AND A HALF later, all I have is a rusted tire jack and electrical problems from all of the water that has gotten in my jeep. Awesome Service!!

Bought our brand new jeep here and I will never go back to Tomball Dodge again (even though it is closer to my house). Service was outstanding, professional, and fast! Great Car Buying Experience!

My husband and I just bought a new Jeep from them last night and the whole process was seamless. For the most part we dealt with Randall Acosta in the internet department. He was friendly and responsive from the very beginning without being pushy or aggressive. He was straightforward and informative. No haggling, no BS involved.

We also met a few others on their staff, including Jason Feldman (sales manager I... view more believe) who checked in with us repeatidily throughout the process to make sure we were being taken care of. We received, not only a good APR, but also great service in the financing department as well.

I have bought 2 new cars in the past - one a personal and one as a company vehicle, and both of these experiences were not nearly as simple and straightforward as ours was last night. Great vehicle, great deal, and great dealership! Grateful that we were able to have such an easy car buying experience!

Excellent New Jeep

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (my fourth new Jeep since 1979) last month at Helfman. It is by far the best Jeep of the group. The steering is spectacular; responsive and agile. We took it to Colorado (Engineer Pass, Stony Pass (forded the headwaters of the Rio Grande River) and Black Bear Pass) and to southeastern Utah (Elephant Hill, SOB Hill and the climb out of Bobby`s Hole) and the Jeep performed flawless... view morely.

Helfman Has It!!!!

Just a shout out to Helfman Dodge.....They really took care of me with my new 2010 Dodge Challenger. POOR SERVICE - RUDE SALES PEOPLE & MANAGER

I referred my parents to go there after comparing prices throughout Houston and HELFMAN DODGE did have competitve price. I spoke with Jorge Acosta (salesperson) letting him know what all features we were looking for. At the beginning, it was Hi.. how are you doing... and once the deal was done, it`s like if they really don`t care who you are. There were several problems / incidents that happened after the sale. It took one month of given the go-around and finally I had to speak with his manager (Keith) who was very rude, to check status on referral, and this was his response, """"WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFERRAL BECAUSE WE LOST ALOT OF MONEY ON THE SALE OF PRICE OF CAR GIVEN TO YOUR PARENTS. AS IT IS, WE LOST $500 FOR PUTTING THE SELF REMOTE STARTER"".. Is it my fault that Helfman Dodge lost $$ on the sale of car...Noooo... why wasn`t I told something in the beginning and instead of having to wait a month to hear this. Also, I told him that if I knew my family and I were going to be treated this way after the sale, we could have gone to CLEARLAKE DODGE where we originally had gone.... and KEITH said"" WELL I WISHED YOU WOULD HAVE BECAUSE WE DIDN`T MAKE ANYTHING ON THE SALE OF PRICE OF CAR"" My jaw dropped after hearing a MANAGER tell this to you. and to finalize the call ...
