Great customer service. I have been taking my car to this shop since the day it opened. I enjoy that the employees remember me and do what is necessary to make my experience a very positive one. Bonus: They will take me to work and pick me up when the work is completed and happily answer any questions I may have.

Best service in Houston. I`ve been going to Lucas Auto Repair for almost 10 years. I`ve never found a better place to get my car serviced. I`ve tried a lot of other repair shops, but none of them compare with the service I receive at Lucas. I`ve recommended them to many friends and will continue to go there.

In Cypress, Lucas Auto Care is known for their customer service, by far I think it has to be the most customer friendly repair shop I`ve ever been to. Now about the work, excellent. They always get my families cars in and out and in A+ condition. Pricing is fair, you get exactly what you pay for if not more.????
