I recently started having some delays

I recently started having some delays in shifting in my 2001 Altima. After doing some online searching as well as calling the shops with good reviews, I decided to go with A+ due to the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of the gentleman on the phone. I was even more surprised when I went in to the shop. It was very well kept and didn`t have an automotive feel to it. My car started makin crazy noi...

GOOD SHOP

Nothing bad to say about this place. The service was top notch and the manager really knew what he was talking about compared to two other shops I went to beforehand. I like the fact that they actually put in effort to find the problem before they start randomly replacing parts. I had a good experience like most others. Five stars for sure!

EXCELLENT *****

The shop was real busy but they were still able to get to me in a reasonable amount of time. I thought my transmission was going out because it was kicking pretty hard in between shifts. Turns out I had a bad speed sensor that they ordered form the dealer and installed the next day in about 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices and it was good not having to deal with the B.S. Good Repair shop

I was referred here by a friend who had her car repaired a few months ago because of the flood we had with all the rain. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the manager and workers in the shop, very knowledgeable. First Class Shop

I have a 2000 Lexus ES 300 which was kicking, shifting late, and would not go over 50mph. I took it to another transmission shop and had it rebuilt there. Needless to say, it was fine for about a month and after that I began to experience the same issues again. I called A+ and spoke with Marshall who was very polite and professional. Great Service!

GREAT SERVICE! I was very hesitant to take my car in anywhere because it`s hard to find trustworthy mechanic shops these days. After reading reviews about A+ and the Bellaire shop in particular, I decided to take my car in to get inspected. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at A+. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a friendly guy. During the inspection process, I was called several times by the manager who kept in the loop of what was going on with my volvo and was even invited to come to the shop to look at my car on the lift! Unexpected, good experience

My car had been making noises on and off for a couple of weeks as well as having slight shifting issues. I took my car into A+ to try and catch whatever the issue was before it got out of hand. I dealt with Marshall and WOW! He was beyond professional, knowledgeble and did everything he could to keep me updated and informed on what was happening with my vehicle.
