Don`t Risk Your Life!
Beware of Jacob, Mike, and Walt at America`s Choice. I went in to have my electrical systems checked in my Yukon. I have had a problem with my wiring and it comes and goes, so after the first day when they had no idea what the problem was with my car, I was able to understand. I go in to see them the next day and they told me they were going to need to replace the wiring harness. I gave the go ahead and came back the... view more next day to pickup my car and pay for the repairs. The next day I turn on my car and it has the same problem! I go back and ask them for my original harness and they can`t produce it...Make sure you watch them perform your repairs and ask for the old parts so you can be certain they did the repair..or just don`t bother, it`s not worth risking your life.

Mark up??? Yeah, right...
This is the story of an $83.77 part charge for a main relay on a `98 Honda Accord Coupe... that is what America`s Choice Automotive (ACA) charged me on 4/2/11. Along with $89.95 diagnostic charge, the $71.96 labor charge, the $12.28 supplies (?!?) charge and after sales tax... the grand total for the main relay replacement was $265.88. Not a problem until I go by O`Reilly Auto Parts for something else and just out ... view moreof curiosity ask them how much a main relay would cost... $14 and change! When I got home I gave the Honda dealership a call and find out they would charge me $74 and change. I take this information to ACA where I was told that they don`t use after market electrical parts on Hondas and the ~$9 difference was their mark up. I asked if the got a discount on the retail price as a repair shop and he said they do... WHAT?!? Use this shop... your call... but I won`t be back.
