It was very pleasant. I e-mailed a few times with Angel about the car that we purchased. I also talked to Ashley. She was very nice and helpful as well. I requested a few more pictures of a vehicle that I saw online. Angel e-mailed the pictures to me very promptly and did a great job communicating the shape that the vehicle was in. The purchase process was fairly quick, I believe I took about and hour and a half from... view more the time we walked in the door to the time that we drove. That includes test drive and paperwork. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I regret ever dealing with this place. I had a real eye opener as to how I let ppl bully me into things. I now stupidly have a car that was way over the price I was quoted. They wore me down after hours if me demanding my deposit back. After complaining to management I got worn down again. I should have just called the police when they didn`t give my money back. Now im stuck with a very expensive car and a hard earne... view mored life lesson. Horrid place.

I was assisted immediately I was in a hurry on the first day so we started the paperwork and I came back the next day and was once again assisted immediately to complete the sale. I already knew what I was looking for so this made it easier.

I actually came in for an oil change for my 2012 Rogue. While in the waiting area, I started talking to Octavia (my previous salesman) and I ended up leaving with a 2013 Rogue instead. Good salesman.
