Don`t Do It!

This has to be the worst car dealership I`ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. They were the most unprofessional and unfriendly people I`ve ever met. Your business means no more to them than the gum on the bottom of their shoes. Places like Conroe Mitsubishi are the reason car salesmen have the reputation they do. For WEEKS my husband and I tried to work with these people, him and I doing all the leg work. ... view moreCountless visits to their lot where they never had what we were looking for and we were never once greeted with a smile was a complete waste of our valuable time. I don`t think we ever received a returned phone call from their salesperson, much less their upper management. And never once could we get a direct answer as to where we stood on our financial status. Guess they thought their customers enjoyed being in the dark... If this is how little they care about their potential sales, I`d hate to see how they treat you once they`ve got your down payment. If you can afford to shop somewhere else I would advise you to do so!
