A Star rating is required, that is the only reason I gave them one!
Last weekend, my teenage daughter heard a radio ad about a special on brakes. Because of that ad, she went to NTB instead my my normal place (Christian Brothers). They charged her $20 to check the brakes and told her the ""Special"" didn`t apply to the work needed on her car. They took her back and squeezed something and told her the rear cylinder... view mores were leaking, rotors were cracking and front pads needed to be replaced. Quote was $634. It was very strange that the tech refused to give my daughter the written quote, he just told her to call when she was ready to do the work. The next day we took it in to CB for a second opinion. Guess what??? absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes! Even the front pads still had 40% left! And they told me that for FREE! Stear Clear of NTB Mesquite!
CB has my business for life!!!
