I highly recommend Ken`s Muffler & Brakes Automotive Service Shop (Bachman Lake location). They were friendly, professional and totally focused on ensuring we knew exactly what was wrong with our car, what they could do to fix it, and how much it was going to cost. They went above and beyond to care for our 15 year old car, and showed us the old parts that were severly damaged when we picked it up. They really wen... view moret the extra mile to make us feel confident that we had choosen the right people for the job. And, their cost was LESS THAN HALF of what the dealership was going to charge us. I would absolutely go back to Ken`s again, knowing that they are the real thing, and are going to be straight and honest with you. By far the best customer service experience I have ever had when dealing with a car that needs service.
