went to brock`s based on previous reviews. that was a mistake. had the shop do a basic maintenance service and ended up needing a repair. brock`s denied it was their fault for the repair, even though the car did not need the repair prior to them working on the car. took the car to another shop to see why car was making noise. found out brock`s misdiagnosed issue even though they had quoted me a price to repair c... view morear. if i would have had brock`s do repair i would have paid double and the problem still would not have been fixed.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE BILL!

PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICES! I brought my 2002 Tahoe in 30 minutes before closing and the mechanic was very profesional and patient, he even test drove my Tahoe and diagnosed the problem right then. The gentleman behind the counter went ahead and ordered the replacement part. The next day everything happened like BROCK`S said it would. The mechanic got right on the repair and later that afternoon my wife got a call that the Tahoe was ready. No delays and no excuses. BROCK`S sent a car to pick up my wife at home. The bill was very reasonable. No hidden fees We are on a limited income and the bill was affordable. BROCK`S did not try to sell us a tire alignment or anything else we didn`t ask for. I would recommend this auto shop over the others in the area. No, I`m not a relative of Mr. Brock and this is not a planted review. My review is sincere and honest! Last week, I tried to get an ?ˆ?out-of-state?ˆ? state inspection on a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. The state inspectors couldn`t get the computer to run on it. Trustworthy repair shop with good value

We have used Brock`s in several instances, and I will stress-they have always been honest with us. They fix things right, let you know what you do and DON`t need. One of the few repair shops that I trust. Expect fair treatment here and you won`t be disappointed.

Honest, reliable, and extremely efficient

We have used Brock`s Car Care since 2000. We have had at least a couple of dealings with them when we expected to owe them more than they charged. In one instance, we had taken our Toyota T-100 into a local Toyota dealership for a recall and the Toyota mechanics told us we needed all of the brakes replaced because there were no pads left. My husband opted to let Brock`s do the brake work. The greatest and most honest shop ANYWHERE!

I have used Brock`s for several years, actually ever since I moved to Houston. I will never change mechanics. They not only have A1+ customer service, they are extremely accurate in their quotes. At times I have taken my car in for routine maintenance and have told them to do a specific thing. For instance, I had taken my car in for a brake job because my ""brake service"" light was coming on and I was hearing so... view moreme squeeling. When I went to pick up my car, they told me that all that was needed was a little fluid and a screw had come out of the callibration. They replaced that screw, put a little fluid in it, and only charged me $18.00. I am a single mom who doesn`t know how to do anything to a car except drive it! They could have taken advantage of me and charged me for a brake job since I had told them to change my brakes, however, they didn`t do that.

If you are looking for a good, honest mechanic that will get the job done not only quickly but correctly, then Brock`s Car Care is the place! I would send anyone to them, including my own daughters! My oldest daughter is now driving and she only uses them. They truly treat their customers like family. Go to them, I promise you will not be disappointed!

My family has used this place for a long time. They are the most honest, caring, and skilled mechanics in Texas. They have great customer service, and they always remember me by name!
