Poor Repair Estimates and Diagnosis

I took my mercedes here for an estimate recently on a repair, but they did not seem knowledgable in the specific repair that was common for this model. They tried to charge me double the labor hours that would have normally been necessary for the repair according to the mercedes-benz blogs. Do you homework online before you take your car here, be warned! Or they might try to do this to you also. They also charged ... view more3 hours of labor for diagnosis of the problem. Customary at any shop should be 1 hour for diagnosis, if any is charged. But I didn`t know that until after I paid, so that right off the bat made me not want to have the repair done here at this shop. I took it somewhere else. Look at reviews for Eurasian San Antonio.

Not Honest

Purchased a car from their establishment and within 2.5 years have spent over $8,000 on repairs and this was all within the first year. I was told this car was in excellent mechanical condition, Can you say fraud? Unfortunately it would take even more money in legal costs to fight it so either way you look at it you get screwed.
