Best Short Term Loans

I needed a short term loan and went to VIP Finance in Arlington. Couldn`t ask for anybody any better. Great to work with.

Thought they were great!

just finished paying off my loan ..they were very flexible with me throughout making payments...the only thing i didnt like was the additional $50wk for the autoclub insurance, but other than that they were great!

Borderline Criminal Activity

I wouldn`t even give them 1 star, but that`s as low as the rating system will go. The ""owner"" of this company is a scum. They practice making title loans and force you to buy into a so-called autoclub so if your car breaks down they tow it in and repair very cheaply. NOT TRUE. They tow it all right, hold your car as a hostage and refuse to repair it. The owner then calls the note in for full payment or you risk def... view moreaulting and he reposses your car. I was fortunate enough to be able to go pay off my loan immediately and the 400 lb guy threatened me and threw a yelling FIT to scare me and tried throwing me out w/o giving me my keys. I had to call Arlington police out for protection while I waited for them to push my car out of their gated area so a tow truck that I called out to the location could pick up my vehicle. the officer even said he gets a lot of calls for this place and they have a criminal business practice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! Going to small claims court.

SLEAZY AND SNEAKY!

Whatever you do don`t take a title loan w/this business. They lied about the fees and twisted that contract terms to their advantage. Made me pay to have the title name changed to their business, before they would approve the loan. Also, made me pay them for mechanical breakdown coverage on an 08 car. They repossessed my car without warning and are now charging crazy fees for me to get the car back. only giving me 22... view more days to pay the loan in full. DON`T DO IT!

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate

These people make New York Construction Workers look like like gentlemen. It also took them 3 months to return my Title and Keys after I paid them off. On top of it all, this was after I paid them in full after just one week. Read your contract carefully, they tag on extra charges they do not tell you about.

Jim and Scott talk about customers after they leave. Make rude, nasty comments.

The two working in this office are hideous. They joke about customers behind their backs. They talk about people who come in to look at cars for sale on their lot. Charles is the only one there who is a gentleman and treats people with respect.
