NEGATIVE REVIEW These guys are a rip off. My wife called on a used tire and they quoted $35. She sent my son to have the work done and I ended up with bill of $45. They sold me a dry rotted chipped tire. I went to see what they were going to do to fix the issue since this was POOR customer service. They refused to exchange it. They stated they "show the tire" to everyone. This is also incorrect as previous... view morely I stopped there with my wife and they did not show the tire for inspection to me or my wife. I confirmed with my son and they did not show it to him either. Not to mention the fact they talk down to women and take advantage of beginner drivers that know nothing are tire wear and tread. Do NOT stop and shop here they are extremely bad with service and appropriate attitudes towards customers

Stay Away from these guys! They are absolutely horrible, shady, rip-offs. I had a friend who had just moved here from Texarkana and needed different tires for her car. I live in the area and had seen Joshs used tires shop so told her to get them from there. Big Mistake...They took her tires offs and put 3 of the same ones back on. And charged her 100.00 dollars. WARNING!!!!! This "business" is being run by shady individuals. I asked how much the cost of installing 4 tires would be and they gave me a quote of a $100 LESS than what they ended up charging me and when I get there to demand them to take off my "new" tires and to put my old ones back on because of false advertisement, they refused and called me degrading things as a female. This place was horrible. I bought a battery and they lost the bracket and coverings I had on it. It was constantly stopping in the middle of traffic because of this. It is a 2010 Kia so now I have issues that have to be fixed. Told the owner about it and he blew it off, did not even offer refund the labor fees, It still did not work even after they supposedly fixed it, went toe Auto Zone and bought the part for 2.... view more38 to fix it. They took my tires off and stripped the bolt, then charged me $150 to replace it. Also the tires he sold me are slipping all over the place in the rain, was going to go ask them to replace them but with their past customer service, they will just charge me another 200 for breathing air. Reporting them to the BBB. So now I had am going to spend the money on a real place that take pride in their work and does not screw people, Firestone. If you are reading this do not go there.

I wish there was an option for...

I wish there was an option for NO STARTS. STAY AWAY. Needed my car inspection done quickly and my regular stop had an hour wait. I passed by saw no line. The inspector stated the car failed due to check engine light not working correctly. After reviewing DPS website and speaking with my regular mechanic come to find out the idiot inspector failed the car, the car check engine light worked fine. I went to Josh`s Used Tires because I needed new tires to pass inspection and thought it would be cheaper. I bought 3 used tires (I had one new tire already). I told them I wanted to spend $150, the bill ended up being $250. They put the tires on and as soon as we left the Jeep felt weird, as we drove home I noticed that the right front tire seemed like it was wobbly. They replaced the tire and the guy told me &quot;I went ahead and balanced it for you, it was way off-balance&quot; UM, I paid $50 just to have the tires mounted &amp; balanced by these guys the day before! They replaced the tire &amp; when I left the problem wasn`t fixed. :( My Jeep was in perfect condition before I took it to these guys!! Now every single time I drive I feel the wobbly tire and am constantly reminded of what a bad decision it was to buy used tires. I`d really love to support local business owners but I`ve learned my lesson about trusting them with something as important as my vehicle, next time I will go to a big corporate business that is more accountable. I think they either lie about being able to balance the tires and charged me for it anyway, OR THEY DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. Needless to say I didn`t take it back a 3rd time and now I`ve got to take it to the shop to figure out why my tire feels like it`s wobbling all over the place when I drive...hopefully it doesn`t cost a ton or fall off before I get the money to have it looked at! Buyer Be Aware.. RATED NO STARS!!!!!!! They are bootleg and a rip off. Brought my rim in for repair and purchased a tire. I was told that the rim would be repaired by heating and molding. The did not they tried to hammer it out instead and had to use a lot of black adhesive for the tire to adhere to the rim. The improper repair of the rim caused damage to the tire but luckily did not cause an accident. When we took i... view moret back to them we took a picture of the tire prior. After taking the tire to them and them taking it to the work area they slashed the tire wheel while it was in the back and said that was our problem. Spoke to David and explained that they just slashed the tire because we had pictures of the tire prior to bring it the shop and that cut on the tire was not there. Called back to speak to him 5 minutes later and he was no longer available conventiently. Then the jerk JR that thought he was hosting a comedy club over the phone with his poor customer service. Do not trust service, integrity, or quality of work. This company does not do good honest business and can cause a major accident to happen. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!

NO STARS!!! NO, NO, NO NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed in Josh`s Tires! They sold me 2 tires about a year and a half ago for a small vehicle for $185.00, balanced &amp;amp; mounted. They started out at $55.00 each. I was in desperate need and in a hurry so I paid it and left. By the next morning one was flat &amp;amp; the other was low. I was appalled to say the least but I ate it and went on!!! Then about 3 months ago my boyfriend, (who did not know about my previous experience with them) stopped by and bought 2 tires for my Ford truck. He paid $75.00 each and it totaled over $250.00 in the end!!! He left there about 4:30pm and headed to HEB on 183 &amp;amp; 2243. Upon coming out of the store, one of the tires had went flat and he found that it had a hole in the SIDE of the tire. (It was too late after 5pm.) But upon his closer inspection he realized that these were NOT the tires they showed him!!! He tried to return it/them the next day and they laughed in his face. They were very ugly to him too and told him pretty much the same thing they told me!!! He showed them the hole in the side wall and they denied it and treated him bad!!! (Since then he found it HAD A PATCH ON IT ON THE INSIDE!!! Which is wrong!!! These people are BAD!!! Please DO NOT GO THERE!!! In fact I have talked to MANY people since this last incident who have also been SCREWED by these people!!!! I wouldn`t recemmend them to my WORST ENEMY!!! Go anywhere but PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!
