Most Rude Person Ever

Recently I called the Just Brakes on 600 E. William Cannon to get a quote for them doing work on a part. They quoted me $20-$30. When my husband and I took the part to Just Brakes, the manager Todd Buck told my husband it would be $50. We left the part and returned over an hour later to pick it up. When I mentioned to the manager that they quoted less on the phone, he basically questioned me regarding who I spoke... view more with and kind of insinuated that I hadn`t called for a quote. Once I showed him on my cell phone where I had indeed talked to someone at their store earlier that morning, he told his associate to give me the part back without working on it. He told me that I could step outside the store to wait for the part. His tone was extremely rude and belligerent. I have never had anyone speak to me in this manner in life, let alone while I was a customer. I asked for his name and told him I would be contacting the Just Brakes Corporate office in Dallas regarding his rude and intimidating behavior. DO NOT go to this store. They are so unprofessional and I can`t believe Just Brakes would hire such a rude an unprofessional person to manage their store.

Just Brakes - The worst car care company on earth

I took my 2005 Mazda 6 there to change brake pads and shoes cuz I heard grinding noise. Firstly they examined and advised me to change the discs and calipers too which would cost more than $500 at the end. I told them to do just the basic. The next day afternoon when I was driving at around 60 miles/hour on the freeway the brake failed to perform! It was really scary but I still managed to drive to Just Brakes. The... view morey looked at it and found that the brake hose on the left front wheel contacted with the wheel and was was damaged. What they told me was not ""I`m sorry"" or anything like that but ""this is bad luck, it`s not our fault"". They accepted to change the hose but the attitude was really unprofessional. I wish I didn`t bring my car to Just Brakes. Everyone who is reading my review, please stay away from Just Brake for the sake of your own safety! Just Brakes Just Sucks.

After ... view moreI brought in my car, the mechanics drive my car inside his shop, jacked up the car, then the mechanic came out tells me that he needs to do some more investigation. The mechanic dismounted all tires, drums, and broke the pin to hold the disc caliper and mentioned the pin was stunk inside the brake caliper, then they told me I need new disc caliper in the front and two new wheel cylinders on the back, the required service would be more than $630 with tax and that he would not put the car back together because of their company `safety issues` that will not allow him to put the brakes / tires back together and allow me to leave. Then the manager came out and yelled at me, "If I want my car back, I needed to get a tow truck to tow it away". The tires, drum, caliper, pin were on the floor, how can I get someone to toe it away. They just want to take apart customer`s car, break something to hold up the customer. Nothing else I can do at that moment, I just feel like the victim there, I keep negotiate with them, then they cut this item, cut that item, then the price go down to $455.89 to performed the `required` items. It was really a `Rip off`. They don`t even replaced the brake shoes on the rear; they said it got 30% thickness left. Just don?ˆ™t go any one of the JustBrakes in US. They use the same tactics to RIP OFF people like me. If you don?ˆ™t believe, go to Compliantboard.com, you can find a lot of victims like me nationwide.
