They seem very decent, professional, and honest. So it is with great sadness that I report that they are actually shoddy, incompetent, and sloppy. After they fixed my water pump, they made a big deal about replacing my thermostat because "you should do that while it`s all apart". But as I look at my truck now, it`s quite easy to get at the thermostat without taking anything else apart. So why did they re... view moreplace my good Denso thermostat with a junky cheapo? Well, that`s not really the issue in the end. Since their "repair", I`ve had a wide range of mystery problems. I`m not very bright, and it took me a long time to figure out what the real problem was. Random intermittent problems are the worst to figure out. I replaced the camshaft sensor, and the ECU, and many other random parts before I finally found the coolant leak. Juke Auto used the wrong thermostat gasket! And then they tightened the thermostat bolts badly. The combo of these two things made for a very slow leak, that dumped coolant on my crankshaft sensor. That caused many intermittent problems over the last 3 months as the crankshaft sensor slowly dissolved under the steady drip of corrosive coolant. So, their incompetence over such a little thing as the wrong thermostat gasket cost me over $2000 in random parts over the last 3 months. Part of that is my fault; I assumed the failure codes I saw reflected the actual parts that failed and replaced them. But what kind of repair shop botches a thermostat replacement, and then doesn`t notice that it`s dripping coolant? I highly recommend that you take your car anywhere else but this. Dave`s Ultimate Automotive is particularly well-regarded. For me at least, Juke`s Automotive is not, ever again.
