AVOID THIS FRAUD AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Arrived for a simple oil change. It took forever for the woman to FINALLY write me up initially. She wanted me to get out of my truck and walk over to her computer terminal in the garage so she could ask me the information needed. She seem absolutely dumbfounded that I had wanted to just sit in my vehicle...I had things to do there. Begrudgingly, she asked the questions, noting the answers and entered them on the com... view moreputer. She was none too happy but it was her job, after all! Anyway, after I was FINALLY directed into the space (I sat there while it remained empty for 10 minutes and guys just wandered aimlessly around without looking at me sitting there waiting to drive in). The oil change was done (I think...see further comments below). At the end I had to pull forward, park and get out to go into the office to pay--annoying for a `drive-thru` business, but whatever. The woman behind the counter, though nice, ran quickly through the list of supposed service I had received, including ""checked lights--all OK, checked tire pressure--all OK, washed windows--OK, vacuum the interior--OK, etc"". Fine except that my lights were NOT checked. My tire pressure was NOT checked. There was NO offer to vacuum the interior. Now, it seems most, if not all of their customers just go in and sit in the office to wait, not observing the ""service"" being done to their vehicles. I was obviously the oddball who stayed in the vehicle so I noticed when all these things were NOT done. Those sitting in the office would never know the difference. This is lousy service--but those things I KNOW they didn`t do were relatively innocuous. It DOES, however, make me wonder WHAT these people actually DID. I have no way to know that the oil change was done correctly. I have no way to know that they actually replaced the oil filter (without getting into the engine and trying to see it). I have no way of knowing if they actually did the lubing they advertise. I have no way to know if they actually did anything they say they did. Given what they DIDN`T do, I have strong suspicions. In short, this place is a FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR A SECOND to complete the service for which you have paid! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!

I have never been so highly pressured to buy anything in my life. I cant recommend this installation due to their sales techniques

Great service

I was in and out in no time. The people there were friendly and knew what they were talking about. An oil change really did take me 10 minutes on a busy weekday morning, and their prices matched the quality of the work done.
