I had work done on my vehicle ...

I had work done on my vehicle at this location and they kept my old parts. When I asked for the parts back they wanted to charge me for my own parts. They also said by law they could not give back my cats from my exhaust. Furthermore, they quoted me a price for the work that was being done and charged me an extra $450 when the work on my vehicle was completed because they claimed my o2 sensors had to be replaced. ... view more When I got my vehicle back the exhaust had a leak and everytime I turned the wheel the headers that was installed would not allow me to make a turn without bumping against the steering boot. ENOUGH SAID!!!!

Great shop

The work and professional way I was treated will always bring me back. Last year had my 2006 Corvette worked on by them. Cam, headers and tune and WOW what a difference. Even more than I expected. Clean and neat shop with great technicians. This summer I added a cam and headers on my new Z06 and it is now really a supercar. Great job Cody!

DO NOT USE

I`ll start by saying that I completely expect them to make a post under an alias to try to discredit me. Thats what they do. They`re more willing to put effort in arguing insted of getting things right. My feedback will mirror the other one. They talk a good game until they get your car in, then the problems start. DO NOT USE XHP unless you want to pay top dollar for a shop like the following. They have v... view moreery poor communication internally as well as with the customer. They also tore my long block apart w/out my permission/knowlege. I had it sold also, and the only thing they said was, "wished you`d a told us." I`m sorry, but that was my property. Why should I have to tell you not to tear it apart? No, there wan`t a core fee because this was the same engine deal they did online w/out a core. They also wanted me to bring in my car when I was very up front about still ordering parts in. They said they preferred it and would do what they could until the parts came in. 2 days later, I get a call blaming me for my car hogging up their lift and they want to put old mid length headers back on it and then want more $ to put my new headers on later. I got pretty mad about this and they backed off. I was also told by 2 salesmen that they would comp my tune for the build since I was spending so much with them. I made sure to ask if this would be a dyno tune ans was told yes. When it came time, there was no paper trail and they woudn`t to one unless I paid. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD. I also found that Arvil can`t tune. Every time I went back he`d give me the line about how it was normal for the engine to surge really bad and die regularly. He was also OK with how underpowered it was. Keep in mind, this was an engine they built, using their ported heads and cam grind. After I paid, he made the comment at least 3 times that "sometimes he just can`t get those big cams to idle right." The sad thing is, another shop fixed all the issues Arvil claimed was "normal" and it gained 25 hp and 30lb/ft just from the other shop`s tune. They also would not cover damage caused by faulty parts they used. I had gone back to XHP with an issue with my clutch. They immediately said it was my slave cyl and wanted $350 to look at it. By this point I had had enough from them and went to the other shop. They find that there is an oil leak from the crank that got all over my LS7 clutch which ruined it. Arvil flat refused to do anything about any of it.

The Xtreme Liars

Spent $4800.00 on my 18k Camaro and they totally screwed the car up. I now own a Flame Throwing POS, they can not tune worth a crap, then tried to keep all my factory parts that I asked for back, they said they threw them away and after arguing with them I finally got them. I was also told with the setup I paid for I would get 420-430 RWHP and I ended up with 404 RWHP and they told me to get to the # we talked about ... view moreI would need to spend another $1600.00 and that would get me to the 430#. I have this all on tape with ORVAL saying what would happen and how we would get to that 420-430 RWHP mark. When this did not happen he got mad and called me every name in the book and called me a liar even though I have him on video telling me what would happen. I would think twice before letting this guy work on your car, hell he even put my drive belt on wrong. This place will make you think you are # 1 and then when they have your cash they turn into thieves. If you do use them put your purchase on a credit card so you can dispute it once you get screwed.

Thats just silly

Let me get this straight... You gave them a 3 rating because you didn`t use them and they weren`t willing to barter with you on the price? Did you think you were in Mexico trying to buy a fake Rolex? These guys are a little pricey, but they do amazing work and you get what you pay for. Perry
