Refused To Use National Chains Warranty
The service dept refused to honor a national warranty repairs or maintenance plan for an oil change on my 2012 Ford Edge Sport. The advisor was rude to my wife and she wasted 1hr waiting for decision.
We will never go to that dealership again.

Absolutely horrible! I wouldn`t send my worst enemy to this place. Usually after you escalate your issues to managment things begin to get straightened out. But after a 1 month ordeal, I have to say the service manager Bobby Hedge is as worthless as the rest of their service department. Avoid this place.

Car repair
I took my car in for my first ever accident repair. The associates at the shop either don`t know the process that you have to deal with between the insurance company and the bank or they just don`t care to share information with you. Make sure that you do your home work because texas motors ford repair is not there to help you. When I picked my car up after 11 days there were several scratches in the new paint and so... view moreme areas where you can see black under the almost matching paint. When I asked about the issues I was told that they didn`t know what happened to my car and they would buff said scratches. So now I have shiny scratches in my new paint job. I took my car because they were unwilling to make it right and I was unwilling to pay more. I had no idea where to take my car for repairs before the accident but now I know where to never take it again. The people in the rental car area are wonderful by he way.
