BEWARE!!! Horrible Manager and service!

I brought my Expedition in to be repainted the factory color. The manager Bruce explained to me and my wife in detail the procedure and cost of each service provided. We chose the Supreme paint and paid the appropriate costs. Bruce said that they get the exact match by putting the color code on the door into a computer and it tells them how to mix the paint to match. Also Bruce stated it would take 3-4 days to co... view moremplete the job. I called on the 4th day to check on it and was told I would receive a call the next day. Well this it where all hell broke loose. On day 5 I received a call from Bruce stating that my truck still was not painted and that it was sanded and prepped for paint, but once they put the code into the computer they found out that the exact match can only be accomplished with the Signature paint job which was an additional $600. He said that they can mix something up and get close to the color for the price I paid. When I told Bruce that this was not acceptable and not what he originally told me he got angry and told me "I don`t have time to argue with you sir, when you make up your mind if you want to pay to upgrade or take the close match let me know." Remember my truck has already been sanded and primed at this point. I finally got the owner to give me the upgrade at no additional charge and he told me it would be done in 2 days. The 2 days pass and my wife and I went to pick it up. The truck still has NOT been painted!! It is now 7 days and they tell me it will be 2 more days. My wife was speaking with the owner about the problems we are having and Bruce jumps in and was being very disrespectful to my wife and I had to jump in and put him in his place. My wife also asked the owner if he would guarantee the day we could come pick it up and put it in writing for her. He agreed and again Bruce chimed in "Don`t give her s**t! You don`t have to do that" I would take my vehicle to another location before coming to this one. We pick up our truck tomorrow. Stay Tuned for the quality of the job performed.

AWESOME PAINT JOBS AT MAIN ST MAACO!!!!!
