Outstanding automotive shop

Took in my 2007 Hyundai Sonata for a check engine and ESC light on. I was quoted a price for repair after the diagnosis. The repair price came in cheaper due to an alternative replacement procedure. Also there was an issue with the software upgrade and Randy went out of his way to resolve the problem. You don`t easily find managers and his staff that are honest. I don`t go to cheap shops because they never repair the... view more problem the first time. I recommend G & R to anyone that is looking for a honest competent automotive shop.

Great mechanic!

I have been using Randy and his staff for almost 25 years and have never been let down. He will suggest things he sees amiss but will only perform the work you desire.

Just remember, a doctor goes to school for an average of 8 years to work or diagnois the human body that never changes, and is paid very well. A mechanic has to constantly learn about MANY new cars each year, plus buy the tools to work on them... view more, and people complain about the repair bill.

Randy is not the cheapest, but he is fair. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
