Totally Satisfied Repeat Customer
My husband and I use Road Runner regularly for our personal vehicles, as well as our award-winning classic Ford Bronco. We`ve had everything from door dings to major restoration done at Road Runner. Jason is fantastic to work with and his team is outstanding. Everything has always been professional and the results exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this shop!

EXTORTION, DECEPTION AND ATTIT...
EXTORTION, DECEPTION AND ATTITUDE
I wouldnt` even give these guys one star if I didn`t have to do so in order to get this published! I first took my vehicle to them after I`d had a wreck which ended up being a total loss by the insurance company. Based upon the fact that they recommended against my keeping it and rebuilding it I thought "wow that`s honest of them, they didn`t try to convince me to get work done... view more that in the long term wasn`t in my best interest" so I convinced my boyfriend to let me take his car there for an estimate after someone had rear-ended him. Jason the owner told him to lie to the insurance company and say it was leaking fluids underneath, so they would pay him for keeping it there and would not give him an estimate at first until the insurance company rep had come out. No one told me any of that when I brought the vehicle in and left it with them when I had told them it would be self pay. Later they made some arrangement to give him an estimate and when my boyfriend told him he`d like to pick it up for a second estimate all of a sudden now they are having to figure out what to charge him to put the bumper back on that they removed to do the estimate (seems like that charge should have been revealed up front!) at this time I`m still waiting to see what the charge is going to be so that I can go and pick it up but to me that`s extortion; I have your car, pay me whatever I want now so you can get it back! Someone doing business in an honest way would have put an estimate charge in writing up front. When I asked Jason about this he got VERY hostile with me and said "well do you think we`re in business just to do things for free" and I told him wow you have SUCH a different attitude now than you did when I was here before!" Now that I look back on it he had told me that there was one charge if they stored my vehicle outside and another much higher charge for inside and they for some reason decided to keep mine inside and charge the insurance company $75 per day storage while I negotiated the final settlement all the while encouraging me NOT to sign anything allowing it to be picked up and moved until I got the money I wanted (this in retrospect benefited them greatly but at the time I thought they were looking out for me!) this went on for over a month. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here! $530.70 to get the car back from JUST asking for an estimate! $127.60 body work for taking the bumper off and putting it back on, $100 in clerical fees (for checking parts prices) and 7 days storage at $40 per day (and we just got the estimate today!) Papers said $40 fee starts 3 days after repairs finished and he kept saying do you think I have time to explain everyhing to everybody who comes in here all day long? I`d never get any work done, you need to read what you signed (and I only told them an estimate, they said oh that`s all this is for you`ll have to authorize repairs after we get it) which is the same thing they had told me when my vehicle was in there for an insurance estimate and they didn`t start any repairs on IT without authorization or charge for THAT estimate, because no way in hell would GEICO put up with it!
