Tried to CHARGE ME 2X as much as Sears

Went to this place Sunday, 3/28/10 for a front end wheel alignment. The tall dark haired guy at the register said my Rack and Pinion needed to be replaced and gave me a quote for approx. $1,200.00. That price was to include: replacing the rack and pinion, steering wheel fluid flush, and a front end wheel alignment. I could not believe it. I told the guy to hold off on completing this service because I wanted to g... view moreet a second estimate. The guy continued to do the alignment and I said to him, don`t I need another alignment after I get the rack and pinion replaced? He lied to me and said I would not. I asked him a second time, don`t you think I`ll need another alignment after the rack and pinion is replaced? He corrected himself and said, well yes, you will need another alignment. When I told them I didn`t want the alignment and wanted an estimate, they tried to not give me an estimate on paper. Then there were two guys comparing prices on two different computers and said they could knock off $50.00 from the $1200. I went to Sears Automotive at the Collin Creek mall and they charged me $522.00 for the same services. DO NOT GO TO NTB. They will rip you off. Thanks for reading.

Terrible service.

Terrible service. It took an hour and half to replace my tires. The place was not clean and very disorganized considering how not busy they were. They also damaged my vehicle.

You?ˆ™ll Get Honest Service at NTB

NTB has a great selection and honest staff. I have taken my car here for so many things besides tires. I saw the other reviews and don?ˆ™t know what they?ˆ™re talking about! I can always count on NTB to give me a fair estimate without being charged an arm and a leg, and without being haggled into buying something I don`t need! For everything car related, NTB is the place to go!

Horrible

The manager was rude. He had three guys just sitting around doing nothing with customers waiting. I have done business with several of the NTB stores and this was the worst I have ever been treated. Kevin didn`t seam to care about his customers and he had a vendor there that he was yelling at and even threatened. I will never do business with this store again.

You should try MasterTech

I had just the opposite experience at Mastertech it?ˆ™s in Plano near the Collin Creek Mall behind the Hobby Lobby. Firestone quoted me a $800 to replace my power steering. I friend suggested I go to Mastertech. I did and they found the problem to be something completely different and it only cost $175. Now all my friends go to Mastertech. Amy
