I read the below review and I feel surprised. I was referred to Sameer by a friend and am a very happy customer to Automotive Profections. Have referred more friends to this place and they are now loyal customers as well. Each time I have a problem he gives me the best options given my car and budget. I feel surprised on what has been written because more than once he has advised me and my friends in ways which pre... view morevent any cash flows from me to him. We have come to see over time through actions that he is truly customer centric and believes in long term loyalty benefits rather than short term payouts. He is a very friendly consistent character with a lot of experience dealing with different vehicles and am sure one visit would make you feel the same. Am neither a relative nor a co-worker to be giving this good a review. I hope as a fellow reviewer you will try out this place and add another review to bring the reality to light. :) Cheers RB

I was referred to Sameer the supposedly owner of Automotive Profections who was had very little sense of time management. He did not have the sense of when to have the customer call for the repairs, secondly he had no manners at all. Thirdly, he agreed to work at a certain amount quoted by the insurance but got paid more by my insurance and nicely pocketed the extra amount w/o a word. On questioning about this gross ... view moreact, he went more berserk with his smoke polluting the words as he hung-up the phone,secondly , he came up with no explainable reason for keeping extra money, thirdly , he was all the more sick with his attitude and asked me to get the car back to his workshop to undo the repair he had done and then he would give the insurance company the extra money. He has no skills of sense and sensibility. He has no etiquette and does not know honesty and integrity work a long way in business. He has no respect for the customer`s view point and is totally clueless of knowledge of customer service. Please do not take your cars to this guy, as he will cheat you outright and then brag on your money and ask you to do a favor by not showing up at his door. Shameless Auto Repair Owner.
