DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! ...

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They seem nice and honest up front and they offer a warranty from "C.A.R.S. Protection Plus" , which covers 3 months up to about 2 years of vehicle repairs. This all seems great and all when you are reading through all the things they cover. What the salesman whos name is either David(the owner) or his son Mike will tell you is that everything that is wrong with the car will be... view more covered by the warranty company and that all you have to do is purchase a plan. It seemed great! So we bought a car from them and had it inspected before we bought the car as well as after. The first check we knew that we couldnt expect a used car to make it through a diagnostic auto check without having anything wrong with it so we weren`t surprised when a few things came back as not that great. About $1,000 worth of work needed to be done. Well the salesman said don`t worry you`ll be covered, the warranty company would replace the parts. We shouldve stopped there and said no thanks but instead we believed him and his seemingly "concerned" decieving face. Well we drove home with the van and took it asap to the nearest auto shop to have it re-evaluated and we werent too concerned when we found out that it had more than $4,000 worth of parts needing to be replaced. We were confident that honest David was right. But when we filed a claim with the C.A.R.S warranty company they simply said the deny our claim and thatbecause there was previous damage that they will not cover anything that is wrong with the car and that because we have had the car only 2 weeks, that much could not have gone wrong. Then we looked up the lemon law and this salesman is so good that he wont buy cars with manufacturers warranties so you cant take them back because the lemon law states that any used car that does not have a manufacturers warranty still on it then it does not qualify for the lemon law. So about C.A.R.S. they are a RIP-OFF company. So many people have been screwed by them that they are on RIP-OFF.com. You don`t need my story to see that. Oh so anyways we aren`t just out $5000 for the car itself, we are out $9000 total with all the things that need replacing on our car. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM ANY NON REPUTABLE USED CAR SALESMAN!!! GO TO A DEALERSHIP THAT YOU KNOW IS REPUTABLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY IF THEY OFFER C.A.R.S. PROTECTION PLANS!!!!! Fair warning, your choice. Hope you don`t make the same mistake we did. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
