DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I went to this location for my yearly car inspection. The guy at the front desk had my car analyzed and said that the car`s power steering fluid was leaking and to pass the car inspection he recommended me to replace all the entire steering rack and quoted around $1100. I asked him where exactly the leak was and why don`t we just replace the part that was causing the leak. He didn`t answer my question clearly. It was... view more obvious that he didn`t want to answer where the leak was and wanted to replace everything just to make money. Anyway, that wasn`t the worst part. The same day I talked to my buddy about this and he told me to go to his mechanic who had his own shop. I took my car there, and the mechanic told me that there was absolutely no leak at all and my car was perfectly fine. He said that these firestone people are thieves and that is what they do to make money. The next day I took my car to pep boys and they inspected it without any issues. I have been driving my car for 10 months without any issues now and the power steering fluid level is still exactly the same. I would never recommend anyone to go to firestone specially to this location.

Everthing bad you have come to expect from a repair shop

Return visit for the same problem they ""fixed"" last year.

Scheduled a drop off - waited 1 hour before they took my car to the bay. Waited another hour for them to come up with a $800 estimate to fix my car. Oh - and they also suggested replacing all 4 tires!! Not going to happen!!

They did the same thing the last time I took my car there. Don`t they know how transparently obvious they are??

Unprofessional and lack of skill

Cars feels shaky, is loud after alignment. They are more interested in giving you a long list of ""suggested repairs"" than doing a good job for your work order.

Fraud manager!

From the manager to technisians: all use dirty trick to deceive you into unnecessary repairs! Several of my friends and I were cheated by them! One`s engine was burned because she refused to replace an expensive part and they made the caps of the engine and gas tank loose and leak! A combined lawsuit is going on! Let them close and stop cheating!
