They even lied to the BBB

On 1/30/11 I bought a truck from this dealer. When I left there to go to the Bank they put a bing dent on the righht side of my truck. I was not told about it but when I got up the next day I saw it.I took it back the next day and showed them the dent. They told me that they would repair it but after them keeping it of 6 days I found them painting it with a piant brush and a bottle of paint. I reported them to the BB... view moreB and now after they lied to them about the way that I bought the truck and other stuff they went from a B rateing to none at all for now. One moor thing if you do go the look very close to what your looking to buy because the top of my Truck (the cab) the paint is close to rust, and when I pointed this out to them he just said nobody washes the top anyway. And I have a sun roof so they lied there because someone had to clean the class up there. He wants me to call what do you think Look who wants me to call and talk, They all ready lied to the BBB, They lie when they said I did not call or texs I got phone records showing that I did. Plus they did not respond back to BBB when I showed that they lied. Don t Trust this dealer. They got my name number and money so if he wants to get to the bottom of this I think we should do this by e-mail Phillip, thank you for leaving us feedback and bringing this to my attention. Naturally, I m very concerned about your experience with us earlier last year. It s completely unacceptable and I want to get to the bottom of it with my team. He is going to call Texas 46 Collision to verify and see if there is any other way to make a payment. Dont even waist your time

I dont even want to give them 1 star but theres no other option. I went there to check out a truck they had on the internet at the price and the mileage I could afford. After driving from San Antonio I got there to find out that the truck was in a ""pending sale"" but what was wierd was I got an email saying the truck was available the same day. The sales person James tried to put me in another truck that was 4,000 m... view moreore with 20,000 more miles on it. After awhile I started getting realy agitated because James just wouldnt listen to me saying what I can afford and what I can pay monthly... He made up his own numbers in his head the whole time. I told him I need to talk to my wife and think about it. He said what is there to think about Im getting you a deal of a life time on a truck you want. B.S. I didnt want that truck, I wanted the one I drove from san antonio to see. ANYWAY dont even bother with them. They are a bunch of con artists and they will try and sucker you into something that will put you in debt. Oh and I think they use bait on there website to lure you in and then try and put you into crap that you didnt want in the first place.

STAY AWAY

I drove two hours to come test drive a car from this dealership because I saw a vehicle I wanted at an excellent price on their website. I test drove the car and then the price they quoted me for it was 3,000 more than adverstised on the internet and was told well for today only you will get 1,000 off the price of the car. I asked about the internet price and the salesman seemed shocked, he looked online and saw t... view morehe price and then left me there to ""talk to the manager"". When he returned he tried to double talk me into paying a higher price than advertised for the vehicle. The interest rate he quoted me was extremely high as well as the monthly payment. He told me I had bad credit and was lucky they would finance me at all. I reminded him again about THEIR advertised price of the vehicle and his response was ""well you wont get it for that price because I need to make money too"". Well needless to say that I left because of their dishonesty. I had no problem getting financed elsewhere for a lower payment and interest rate than I was quoted at their dealership and as a bonus I got a better vehicle. The business practices at this dealership are shady and dishonest... BEWARE!!!!
