As I pulled into the parking lot, the manager walked to my car with a clipboard and took my information right away. Very, helpful nice, and friendly.

I went in for a loud squeaking noise, $365 later, the squeaky noise is still there. I have taken it back twice and they keep telling me that its something else that needs to be replace. Now I have no money to fix the squeaking noise and I have to find someone else to start all over. Midas reputation went down the tubes with me.

WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS!!! MY WIFE WENT IN FOR SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, FREE WHEEL ROTATION TURNED INTO WHEEL BALANCING AND AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT AT A COST,OF COURSE. Poor scheduling

What was said would be about 2 hours to complete turned into 5 hours for a simple alignment and oil change. Yes, we were dropped off at the mall but 2 hrs with 2 kids is way to much time to spend shopping. I called repeatedly to be picked up and it didn`t happen. 1st it was 30 more minutes then he`s on his way and then he`s pulling out of the parking lot right now. BEWARE!! This place will take advantage of unknowing senior female customers !!!

These guys hoodwinked my 63 yo sister into a 4 wheel brake job when she stopped by for brake noise!! Problem was I had the front all done less than 3 months and 500 miles ago at brake check! Buyer beware!!! This place is not to be trusted!!

Scammers!

I took my vehicle in for a check engine light. They quoted me at 1100 dollars! Well I took it upon myself to look under the hood and realized where the problem was coming from. I took it to my nearest autozone and repaired the issue myself. Which only cost me no more than 15 dollars. That`s because my mechanic skills would probably be at a 2 star out of 5. Watch out for bait and switch.

Took vehicle in and asked for oil change and muffler noise check. Left paying a $880.00 bill cause the staff didn`t warn us that the repair was a dealer warranty repair. Staff nice but in same day no one who left was happy with bad news about their cars. We all can`t have vehicles that jacked up. If all u need id an oil change I would take it to Minit Man.
