I`ve done better work in my driveway with Wal-Mart bondo and DupliColor spray paint! I dropped a tailgate to have dings taken out and painted to match my truck. They told me it would take two days. It took them 8 days with me calling to hear excuses. They didn`t even call to tell me it was ready. They loaded it up for me and I noticed it was covered in bodywork dust and had been rained on. I was thrilled to finally h... view moreave it back and planned on cleaning it up myself, not a big deal. After I cleaned it up I noticed that they didn`t clean off the residue from where the Ford decal was (they just painted over it). There are a couple nicks in the paint, there are a few pieces of debris in the paint, they painted they whole tailgate (except where the step pulls out which I told them to make sure to paint), and the real kicker... it still has 3 dings in it! What exactly did I pay and wait for. It is a very unprofessional job! They didn`t have a problem charging what every other shop charges, so I definitely didn`t save any money. I got an estimate on some work for my truck when I dropped off the tailgate. GOOD LUCK on me ever coming back! I`d rattle can my entire truck before I ever take them work again. I also had two friends wanting their cars painted. Now they know where not to go. They could offer to redo the work and give me a full refund, and I still wouldn`t let them touch it!
