These people are a joke. First they lie about the price. Even after its on there website. Then you make them a cash offer and they won`t entertain it cause they wanna finance it on there terms and price. They won`t tell you what the price is. Only what the monthly payments are going to be what a joke for a dealership . Will never buy from here

This place is most disappointing! I purchased a vehicle here and it was a horrible experience. The salesman was nice but whoever is in charge of the deal was absolutely inexperienced and inept. First I had to wait hours to "get a response from the boss" as my car salesman was trying to keep me from leaving, then I was told I was approved and to come on in...then I was told I was not approved. Finally after ... view moregetting the paperwork together I got my vehicle. It seems to me they either need more managers or retrain them to do their job! Very disorganized and disfunctional establishment. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location! Some one please tell the owner!!

CHRYSLER DISAPPOINTMENT
My father purchased a van in 2004. In addition, credit life insurance was offered in case of disability or death occurred. My father passed away in April 2009 and Chrysler financial has been very uncooperative in helping us file the credit life claim. I am going on two months trying to get them to fill out a form and have gotten no response on my request. I do not recommend purchasing from Chrysler--bad business!!!

bad service
I recently bought a car here and the service was absolutely terrible. I love the car I have, but the whole process was awful. They were too much in a hurry to make a deal, they rushed me into a decision, when I was signing the papers, they never once sat down to explain ANY of it. I had to force them to explain things to me. They were running around not paying any attention to me (even though they were not at all... view more busy). The salesman had no clue what he was talking about and couldn`t answer very many questions. The "new" tires they put on my car were used and in not-so-great condition. I like my car, and I got somewhat of a good deal, but part of me regrets getting it there. They were very rude, and I felt like nothing but a check to them.
