If they had no star that`s what this dealership would get from me. They are a rip off and take your down payment, sell you a terrible car and forget you the minute you drive off. Bad salesman, bad service all around. I am extremely disappointed, but what can I do now I have signed and I am stuck, and they will not help me out at all. Should`ve read the reviews first!

This place is absolutely horrible!!! I wish I could give 0 stars! 1st lie "Your approved for x amount." we were never approved to begin with. 2nd lie " Your good to go, take the truck and well see if the finance company will extend the contract." we called numerous times over the next THREE weeks to check on the paperwork and all we got was rude secretaries and unreturned phone calls- EVEN FROM T... view moreHE FINANCE MANAGER! In the mean time, the bearings went out and we had to replace them ourselves even though we still did not know if we could keep the truck or not - $300 out of our pocket. When we finally did get around to hearing from them they say that the finance company didn`t approve the original amount and we needed a less expensive truck. We said okay and agreed to go pick up a older model truck that was less expensive and fit into our "new approved" budget. 3rd lie "everything`s ready we just need to sign the new paperwork to get you on your way", when we got there that might the truck had not even been detailed yet and the paperwork not even started. 4th lie " we will reduce the down payment $300 since you fixed the first truck with money out of your own pocket" that was a lie because when the 5th lie came around , "we will not put your down payment check in the bank untill you receive your new truck" that check went through the bank for the original amount and we still have not heard anything about the truck we are SUPPOSED TO be in 2 weeks after signing this new agreement. We are now 5 weeks into this and I Hate it. We will NEVER reccommend this place or EVER shop here again. Total lack of respect, integrity, and honesty!

This place has nothing but scammers for salespeople! They will try to rip you off as much as they can! I DO NOT recommend this dealership at all! And they don`t follow up with you at all..stay away from this dealership!

Rude people selling lemons

They are horrible.Bought a car day after engine light came on and 4 days later it was even worse major problems 2306.00 to fix it..Tried talking to them but they are down right rude.They told the finance company all kinds of lies..My friend has also had problems with her vehicle.My suggestion is keep shopping ..

Horrible shady people. Lie to banks, lenders, and customers to get the deal done. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Way overpriced cars that will break down on you a week after purchase.
