AWESOME JOB! VERY NICE!

Just took my Mercedes wagon in to get the air conditioning fixed. From the 1st time we went in to see about getting a price quote till the time I picked up my car after they had fixed it these people were the upmost respectful and knowlegable. I plan on using them from this point on for my automotive needs and would not hesitate to send any family or friends over to them either.

Pampered Auto Care WONDERFUL JOB!!!

I took my Ford into Pampered off 1431 and spoke with Dustin about fixing it. He was so knowledgeable and made it easy to understand what was wrong and how it would be fixed. They have good prices; I called other places around town and they were very reasonable for the amount of work that it was going to take to fix my car. As a single mom of two kids it is hard to find people that you can trust to do anything- with Pampered you can!

OVERPRICED!!!!!

I read all the wonderful reviews and took my BMW to this shop. They gave me a $2500 estimate for work, and a $450 for another item. I got an estimate for the same work from the dealer.. $1900 for all of it. Guess where I got it fixed? I was very surprised that so many people wrote such rave reviews.. but in my case it didn`t work out at all. Service was terrible, prices ridiculous, and based on the extra hoses an... view mored over-priced parts on the estimate that didn`t need to be replaced I have to say I wouldn`t trust this shop to work on my bicycle.

Service, price and knowledge

Took my BMW 330ci to a National franchise store...not Goodyear, and rec`d an estimate that clearly demonstrated up selling, over priced work and lack of knowledge of what had to be done. Women customers won`t get taken or overcharged...

This is a review for all, but mainly women consumers. I recently purchased a used BMW M3 `02. Though it`s used, it`s new to me and wanted to get an overview of the whole vehicle....what it needed and what I could wait on (it had 68k miles). So I was looking for a shop I could start a good relationship. So I needed to find an honest BMW mechanic quick. I did a review search for BMW repair shops and found good reviews on Pampered Auto Care. Still skeptical, I took it to Edin and his team. I was so relieve to find how nice everyone is there, and how they were willing to take a look at the tow hitch problem quickly...removed it and didn`t charge me. So I went back for the overview the next week. I had the following work done- oil service, gear box leak repaired, front lic. plate kit mounted, blinker replaced. They called me with an estimate before starting the work for my approval and any questions I had. Brandon told me what was needed, what I could wait on, and was told the `02 vehicle was in pretty good condition. They are honest, if you ask what they did and why your car sounded a certain way they will go over it with you without the macho sarcasm or ""don`t worry about it little lady, just pay up & be on your way"" attitude. Edin & his staff are confident, and enjoy cars. More importantly they care about cars, that they run the way they are meant to...at their best. These guys also care about their customers and know word of mouth goes a long way. Good business experience equals more business. No, I don`t know any of these guys....they are not my friends...nor am I getting paid to write this. I just know many women get taken advantage of with vehicle repairs. Great service! Reasonable prices. I`m a huge fan!

I LOVE Pampered! I wanted to let everybody know such an exceptional service I had received at this place. I never feel like I`m being taken advantage of. Edin (the owner) is a great guy... and everything they do is fast and reliable. I never feel foolish when I call up and say I think my car is making a funny sound, because I know that when they take it in and check things out they let me know what it was, and then... view more I don`t hear the sound anymore. The guys here are great - they don`t sell you anything you don`t need and tell you honestly what needs to be done. They are great at staying on schedule and communicating when they can`t meet a deadline or telling you the status of your car. I have 05 Audi, A4 and every time Pampered is able to find me the OMG (I believe it is called like that, original manufacturer parts or whatever, not ?ˆ?oh my God?ˆ™ :)) parts with reasonable prices, at least 30% cheaper than dealer. They also gave me an option to bring my own parts, but I find out that was always cheaper (the worst scenario - price was the same) to let them find the parts and than I get warranty on them! To make long story short, I was there this morning for some sensor (pardon my ignorance) and they took care of that within hour. Before going to Pampered I called dealer since I still have a warranty on my car. Turns out to be cheaper to go to Pampered and pay on my own than to go to the dealership and relay on the warranty (it is ridiculous to deal with them, if I knew that will be like this, I will never purchased warranty). This has been the fifth time the same thing. Thanks God Pampered is here to save me! No wander that all my family and I go to them! I don?ˆ™t like to write reviews, and usually I don?ˆ™t, but this time I absolutely had to because this guys needs to be heard about. I recommend them to all my family and friends. best mechanic place

I bought a 2001 Boxster a year ago in LA, then moved here in May and have not driven it since. It sat in the garage pretty much since then (over 6 months), and when I tried to drive it in Jan. it would not start. Didn`t know any Porsche mechanic in town, so I went by these reviews. Mark was truly above and beyond. Not only did he fix the problem, he did it the hard way - another mechanic might`ve just told me that I... view more needed a new battery, and charge me for it. But Mark persisted over two days, and the car was able to be revived. Not only that, one of the buttons in my car key had malfunctioned and prevented the gas tank flap to open at all. He also saved me a few hundred bucks` worth and valuable time from having to take the car key to the dealer by fixing this problem too.

I took my C-320 in for a B service and Mark was great. They did everything the dealership would do and more for about $160.00 less! I will take my Mercedes back for anything I need done.
