Great Customer Service

I have to say, I was always weary about NTB because they are so high in costs, but you cant beat the quality of the services and thats what my car needs. Epi and Mike helped ease my mind checking if something was wrong with my car. I am extremely happy and will continue to come here for the honesty that was given.

A great, professional experien...

A great, professional experience for a change. I called first. Since the quoted price beat out Discount Tires for my Honda Van, I hurried to this location. The representative was honest in telling me he wouldn`t be able to guarantee the tires presently in stock for an unlimited time. There was a buy 3, get one free special, but even when I found good prices on tires at other places, it would be cancelled out virt... view moreually with the labor cost, and the like. He rang me up just as we had discussed on the phone. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a courtesy vehicle to take us down the road to run the errands I had to run. Still, I went to Dallas a "Happy Camper".
