I`m changing my review of VP from what I posted, only because what I posted thought would help to get credit on my account, and I didn`t. So now I tell the truth about my experience, and thoughts. First, don`t betaken in by them on why the prices of these cars are higher than other dealerships that also offer EVERYTHING VP offers as to financing hard to finance individuals, and "what they pay for the cars.&quot... view more; Fair market price is fair market price, no matter how you cut it, or claim to help. So if you want to help, then why double the price, before adding finance charges? If you want to help, sell it for the fair market price. Yes I purchased a 2006 Dodge Magnum SE Wagon, with 131,000 miles on it for $13,385.32, and after 3 yrs. will have paid $18,208.61, after deducting $1,000 we put down. Went to the title/tax office in Garland, gave then the VIN #, and they gave me a printout of the Standard Presumptive Value, which is $6,675.00. Now before they try to argue the word "presumptive", Kelly Blue Book, which they will hold by when it`s in their favor, is dead on. Even other dealerships, NOT offering ALL these great things to their customers sells this car with less miles for around Kelly, and this SPV listing. Do your home work please. Don`t get sucked in due to the fact you need a vehicle. You will thank yourself later. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I thought they were going to "work" with me, but should have SEEN THE RED FLAG WHEN GRAHM REFERED TO MY WIFE AS MY OLD LADY! Very disrespectful, and unprofessional. After over 45 min on the phone with him repeating myself on why I wasn`t able to pay 1 of the 2 bi-weekly pymts of $210, came to an agreement on what I was able to pay, and when. He transferred me to someone in the office that could help me do the 4 reviews in order to get $40 credited to my account, and lower what I owed on the $210, down to $170. Then $100 to be paid prior to my next due pymt, and then $70 to be paid on the 19th of Oct. Well I went into the office, and told Donna White I was there to speak to Linda. She asked if I was there to make a pymt, which I said yes. She looked up my name, and I told her I agreed to pay $100. She told me there was a $10 balance after I paid said amount, and asked if I had $10 to bring account up to current, and my next pymt would be $210, on Oct. 12th. I gave Donna a reloadable credit card, that had $100 even on it, and my bank card to pay the $10. I got too pieces of paper for ea amount, 1 ea to sign, and 1 ea as my receipt. Then she gave me another paper, that she said summarizes the transactions done today, and my current bal. I got home to go online to my Chase acct to pay more bills, and I was shocked to see Tejas took out another $100 without my authorization, and knowledge! I`m calling The Consumer Credit Commissioner in the morning. This wasn`t no accident, because I received no receipt for the $100 that came out of my Chase, and on the summary, not only was it not entered there, the $100 that came off the Reloadable credit card wasn`t entered, and subtracted from my balance. Stay away! Very far away from these vultures that prey on they less fortunate to be financed at reliable dealerships. I`m turning the car back in to them. If I can`t get them on failing to abide by the contract, trickery, and unauthorized deduction from my bank, I`m demanding Arbitration, and they can`t refuse, you signed that you have the right to arbitration. They think I was dumb to walk away not to contest refusing. Was a setup in me getting my ducks in a row! Anyone in Dallas County know a great attorney to refer me to? Oh, that`s right! I`m going to take this to Judge Joe Brown, or Mathis!!!!

F rated carlot
Terrible car lot. They will lie to you and take money out of your account without permission. Kevin the manageris a joke and lies constantly just to get you to buy a car from them. After it breaks down on you he will tell you it`s your problem and he wont do anything about it. He had us come in to talk about trading cars because the one he sold us was a pos. after we got there he tried to bully us into giving him mon... view moreey even though we weren`t behind. They repod the truck even though I wasn`t behind. Kevin and Brandon lied to us from the start. They are the reason they have an F rating with the BBB. STAY AWAY! There is a reputable dealer with an A rating a few miles away that put me in a newer nicer vehicle with smaller payments!

cory.terry.31 / 7/9/2013

There is no other place that I would recommend for a car. Everyone that I met was nice and seemed to really care about getting me into a newer model car and providing excellent service. I feel safe and sound with the company and the vehicle I purchased.

This dealership is the most dishonest business in the Dallas area. I bought a vehicle from them that had numerous issues from the beginning which they made no effort to fix. They also stated they would have a loaner vehicle available and they never did. When I filed a complaint with the BBB they called me and asked me to come in so they could "Make it right" I made a trip over there and the manager Kevin Mi... view morems assured me that customer satisfaction was extremely important to them and they have meeting every Monday that are brutal discussions about dissatisfied customers. He begged me to give him a chance to make it right and assured me he just wanted me to be happy with a vehicle from them. He said the business was not "liquid" enough to give me back my down payment and just keep the money I had paid on the vehicle. Which should have been a huge sign because any dealership that doesn`t have the capability to refund $500 obviously isn`t doing something right. The only solution Kevin Mims offered was for me to find another vehicle on the lot and he would waive the down payment, however I would be starting all over on a new loan. I made arrangements to meet with him on Friday June 7th....when I arrived they showed me the vehicle I had been waiting on them to get ready for a week. I drove it and inspected it. They asked me to update my paperwork and soon after Kevin walked into the office and the door was surrounded by a group of men who looked to be waiting for something. The first thing Kevin Mims said was he needed a down payment. When I asked him why the terms had changed from what he original said he called me a jerk and began throwing me and my wife out of his office. He was cursing at us very angrily and we felt very threatened having to walk through a group of men just to get out of the building. It was obvious there was never any intention of making the situation right or he wouldn`t have felt the need to be so threatening and surrounding us in his office. They came and took our truck within a few days of us leaving the office and we weren`t even 30 days behind on the note. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like the sales person Brandon was being very honest about how much they truly care about the customer when we first visited with him but hind sight I should have taken the BBB rating of an F more seriously!

Unfortunately I have to give t...
Unfortunately I have to give them a star... ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION... ALTHOUGH DESERVED... Times were tough and I bought a car for my son here. They are great to take your money. All of these reviews are on the car buying experience. Before you get yours keys and after you`ve signed the loan docs, the reviews are written at the dealership. Once the deal is done... forget about it. Kevin the manager/part owner, let ... view moreme not go there, but beware. Your vehicle will always need to be serviced/repaired, and for an additional down payment on the repairs, and additional money added to the already high car payment... you get the idea and see where I`m going. Again, do not believe the reviews you see on Google. When you go in to purchase, and while your waiting on your copies of the signed paperwork, you are sat in front of a computer, with Google pulled up and asked to write a review to rate your experience. No pressure right? If you want honest reviews, look outside of Google. If you have no other choice, no one else will finance you, you don`t have a big down payment, and walking is your only option... still GO ELSEWHERE don`t make the same mistake. They have a D rating on the BBB for a reason. Yes, they have a D RATING ON THE BBB....

I purchased a car on 12/1/2011...
PLEASE CONTACT ME AT DTRAIN220@HOTMAIL.COM SO I CAN SEND YOU COPIES OF ALL OF THE RECEIPTS FOR THE REPAIRS TO MY CAR THAT I HAVE HAVE FOR 5 MONTHS. I purchased a car on 12/1/2011, my salesperson was Brandon and Kevin. I sat in the office for 3-4 hours at the time because that were having an end of year sell. I got a 2002 silver malibu which total is $13,000 with 189,000 miles and at the time when i got the car tha... view moret night i did not hear any noise because I was seating there for hours and tired. Later, there was a noise in the brakes that got worse. I called Brandon and he told me to bring the car in and by the time I got there he was gone. I went into the office and lady told me to call Gloria. I called Gloria and she lied saying she was not at the location and I need to talk to the Manager which is Kevin. At this time, I have had the car 14 days and made my first payment. Kevin, comes out sipping his drink and he said the me that he was not putting a dime in the car. And because I put the $1.00 that he was asking for and because he does not know how I am going to make my payment that I had to get the repairs done myself. I have only had the car 3 months, I had to pay $250.00 for brake repairs, $100.00 on a new battery, and now $523.00 fuel pump that has just gone out. Okay so on 3/20/2012 my car broke down again, which is 2 weeks from that last repairs. This time it is Power steering power, Pully and belt. I call VP Auto sales to speak with Gloria and Kevin got on the phone a little upset about my review on 3/5/2012. He wanted me to make sure I added at the time when he advised me that he was not putting another dime into my car. That I said I was going to wreckout the vehicle. 3 1/2 months later I have not wrecked out the car because it is still baraking down on its own. to honor there great help and assistants let me say they are making the repairs to which i will have to pay for in month installments. Thank VP Auto Sales for your help on my NEW CAR of 3 1/2 months and 4 sets of repairs that i will be paying for. I am going to continue to pay me car payment so I can continue to make reviews to help someone else that they will not have to go through what I am going through. I represent the single mother, hardworking American that companies like this just want the money and walk on you by any means. And today 3/24/2012, I had to make my payment over the phone which remains up to date. I am not nor have I ever been past due more than 1 day late on a payment. However, I had to get a ride from my sister to get to school today and I misses school yesterday due no transportation. My total payments and car insurance I have paid on the car thus far 1280.00. my total for car repairs not including the most current event 850.00. 5/5/2012 $500.00 just added for addtional repairs. DON`T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
